Service is overwhelmed to the point where they can’t get a quality product out the door. Drive thru is gridlocked and delivered product is subpar. For example, their auto fill machine for soda was grossly under-filling the cups at the drive-thru by about one tbird. When we complained, their solution was to add more ice because they couldn’t manually access the soda dispenser to andd more soda! McChicken BURNT with only pickles, no sauce, no tomato, no nothing. Threw it out. Ate the fries.
