“Stopped in for a quick chicken sandwich and burger.

Staff was polite, and prompt. Food came up quickly, was hot and quite flavorful. I’m a big fan of cheese fries so seeing that on the menu was a delight to me!

After eating a little a staff member even came by and asked us how we were doing. Very nice touch.

Only negative thing would be that as much as it is a nice building, chairs and all, it was a little messy. A couple empty tables still dirty, trash can full, drink station napkins needing restocked.

Overall a good experience and would come back.“

“We had a large group of 15. Staff were courteous and attentive. When we walked in and said we had a big group, Chris jumped into action to put tables together and to drop the blinds so the sun would be out of our eyes. Chris checked back frequently during our visit to see if we had other needs, to clear trash, and just to let us know he was available. Through outthe meal, I saw him do the same for other guests. He was keenly watching tables to clean them right away and prepare them for the next visitors. As a result, the store was clean and guests were happy.

Asher helped with food delivery and made sure to tell us about the opportunity to earn free custard by giving feedback online. Asher also ensured our food order was accurate, which can be a challenge with large groups for sure.

We would certainly come back to this culvers when we are in the area.

Parking: Ample handicapped parking with great clearance and easy to access ramps

Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent parking and ramp options. The restaurant was laid out with enough space to accommodate adaptive equipment... I was on a knee scooter during my visit. I did not use the restroom, so I can't speak to the accessibility there, but Culver's generally has good accessibility.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and saw the Cuban advertisement on the front window. Went ahead and ordered before it looked and sounded really good. When the sando chef handed me the bag he asked if I had ever tried the Cuban and I reply no. Well he promised me that it would be the best sub I have ever had. By golly it was one helluva sub!!!!

Why the longish review? Just wanted to say that the folks at this location take pride on what they are serving. As far as cleanliness, I can say it was spotless!“

“I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. Overall you could tell they were both very very stressed but she was still so nice and made sure to tell everyone to have a nice day while walking out the door.“

“Rarely do I excitedly get to share such a freaking great experience. It was so refreshing to come through Hardee’s and being greeted. Smiling faces. Drinks wiped off before passed out the window, made sure to let me know napkins, straws, and all my condiments were in the bag. Asked if I needed anything else, and the whole team was clearly just working together well, a happy involved manager leading the team, and when I got to the dentist after that, they were also raving about their experience this morning as well. The young man who took my order was so bubbly and cheerful, I couldn’t help but smile. And the girl at the window was equally cheerful. Thanks for being a bright spot in peoples day by making a simple morning stop a memorable good experience. Truly the type of customer service that makes you want to come back. Hardee’s should be thankful for the crew working here on 6/14/24 at 9am.“

“If you're going for Steak and Shake classic Steak and Shake Ambience this ain't it Steak n Shake was already struggling but this location decided to I guess what they consider update whoever decided to turn everything into a computer needs to go play in traffic that is the most coldest bizarre unhappy food establishment we got checked on but it's just so cold and uninviting and my food was kind of ass it wasn't prepared as advertised didn't have the toppings there's no one there to check on anybody so no one cares they don't get any business so no one cares to have integrity for their job“

“These absolute giga-chads went out of their way to hand-deliver a single pizza to me, an overnight worker in Glen Carbon, all the way from Collinsville (Glen Carbon store is undergoing renovations currently).They did this in a timely manner, pizza still hot, prep and presentation impeccable, and all handled with the utmost grace.I failed to get the manager and delivery driver’s names, but you guys have my eternal gratitude. Hats off to you, boys .-sincerely,a very happy customer.“
