“We ate Imo’s Pizza twice during our stay in St. Louis, and it was excellent each time. We tried the pizza, wings, spaghetti, and cinnamo—everything was great, and the delivery was fast.“

“The service today started slow and disturbing. I let my wife off when I parked the car at 11:50 A.M. and she went in to get on list, if applicable. My wife was told the back-room area was full because of a funeral lunch assembly. We waited almost 40 minutes with no one coming back to waiting area. I walked back and asked the bar lady why we hadn't been seated yet. She said just a minute and got menus and asked booth or table? My wife said booth, she (Sam) took us to a booth and set us down. The original older lady asked what are you doing and what was our names. My wife said you never asked me my name 40 minutes ago. Then the waitress (Honesty) came to our table and got our drink order and brought it back and took our food order. Honesty brought our salad and soup and shortly after brought our meals. We ordered my wife's desert to go, and I paid the TICKET 1 and left. We were there Monday night with a group of eleven and treated great and politely by Mellisa and Glendon setup man and waitress. “Had an awesome server today Chelsea! She was friendly, and responsive. She did an amazing job when some extremely unkind patrons were abusive towards her, and disturbed my elderly father. The food was awesome as always. Coming back often!“

“I ordered delivery on 7/17, and at first I received the wrong pizza. When I called and explained the situation to the manager, she was so kind and understanding. I forget her name, but she apologized for the issues and offered to send the correct pizza as soon as possible. She made it clear that this store truly cares about customer experience and went above and beyond to make things right!“

“It was a busy Friday so our pickup took longer than the tracker said originally, but the pizzas were made so perfectly (exact right combo of gooey melty cheese and crispy crust) that we couldn’t complain! This Dominoes location also worked with me in the spring to ensure my nonprofit program could have 40 pizzas delivered with correct toppings right on time for our end of semester party. Food service is hard and has a lot of employee turnover, but this one does a great job!“
