“Food and service was incredible. Steve went way and beyond to accommodate many dietary restrictions for us. We ordered pizza, salad, and bread for 20 of us for an on-site. Food was amazing and loved by all! You must get the Saint Ambrose pizza! Could not have been better! Truly.Vegetarian options: Many great vegetarian options!Dietary restrictions: Great for gluten free. Have their own isolated convection oven.“
“Elite. In food and service. The pasta has me in a chokehold that I never want to get out of! You can tell that the chefs really put their time into designing and preparing the dishes. I go here a lot and this visit was getting dinner with a friend. The server was amazing. She was attentive and never let our water dip below half glass. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, but it was still easy to have a conversation without yelling and still felt private. If loving Katie's Pizza & Pasta is wrong, I don't want to be right! 15/10 would recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free optionsParking: Large parking lot shared with other businesses. Plenty of spaces.“
“We ordered to-go curbside and were pleasantly impressed with Anthonino’s food. Their curb side service was excellent too, they texted me as soon as I pulled up and brought my order out right to my car.The toasted ravs were everything you could want from t-ravs and the pizza was also really nice, except next time I’d probably opt for cheese vs. the four meat which is what I had. Also, the pasta was awesome. It was simple, but comparable to dishes I’ve had in Italy.Overall, would be coming back!“
“literally the BEST st louis brunch, every single food item I tasted was AMAZING, Shack took SUCH good care of us, I might be 4-5 mimosas deep but I can honestly say this is my favorite brunch experience I've ever had - do yourself a favor and come eat “
“Everything was great except the pizza which is sad considering their “specialty” is pizza. Salad’s were large and flavorful, house wine was great and poured generously and the bread was crispy and toasted to perfection. The atmosphere and service were top notch and the pizza was virtually flavorless, very plain tasting and it looked like they put 0 effort into the flavor and prep. of the crust which is sad considering I came here for the pizza. I would return but not for the pizza, everything else was that good.“
“Let's face it, St Louis has never really been a "city that never sleeps" so most of our late night options are limited to fast food and a handful of drunken traditions. There's so many great sandwich shops to choose from in the city but this is the only one open after 9 pm.“
“I am ashamed to admit from the get-go...our food looked so good when it arrived at our table we dug in before taking any pics! Ugh. Once I thought about it I had done enough damage to my salad and plate it wouldn't have been very appetizing. I will say this though...Valentine's Day, sneaking out for lunch with your sweetie, 65 and sunny, AND Union Loafers tees you up for a great day! Happy Valentine's to all and thanks to Union Loafers to making our day even more special. Ambiance is always fun, loud place. We each ordered a chenin blanc, the little gem salad with beets (my favorite salad in STL!). My wife ordered the Turkey Swiss and I had the Bistro Beef. Everything was just outstanding. Of course a loaf of semolina to go. Service was great as always, place was packed. Love, love, love Union Loafers!“
“Authenticity at its finest.Incredibly friendly staff with a glaringly obvious expert skill set. Everything here is superb. The dough is light and airy with a crispy underbelly. Textbook mozzarella ratio but the star of the show is their homemade sauce. They should make an extra batch every week just to jar and sell. We would stock up on every visit. The sauce is the soul of the pizza pie. This one is simultaneously deep AND vibrant - a gastronomic spectacle to behold. Also, if I’m not mistaken, they make their own bread for their garlic cheese bread which is equally divine. Can’t ask much more of a pizzeria while remaining on this plane of existence.“
“We brought a large group of 30 with just a phone call ahead and they sat us immediately! Our waitress was named Ashley S and she was amazing! She was patient and her organization was on point. She had a great balance of fun and assertiveness for the kids table! Not one thing was wrong with our orders or tickets and the food was amazing! She made it so we will visit whenever we are in St Louis!! Great job Fritz!“
“This could easily just be a food truck. Hope they're not paying much rent for this space. You basically go inside to order, wait outside (there isn't much room inside, especially if they are busy) and they bring out your calzone in a to-go box. There are tables/chairs outside and if the weather is nice it's a cool place to eat, but this is NOT a sit-down restaurant. If the weather is bad or it's very busy you're out of luck. The staff and food was GREAT and we went both nights in the area. It's also one of the FEW restaurants that are open on the weekends in this area.“
“Full disclosure: the owner happens to be ay friend. That said, it's still a great little neighborhood bar that also serves a nice selection of food. Their pizza is what everyone raves about, but I also had the fried artichoke hearts with a marinara sauce--really tasty. So here's the "Gallery" part: Dave has local artists' paintings up on the walls; everything is for sale, and the prices are actually affordable. The menu has artists names for the dishes, and they spelled all the names correctly!Nice selection of wines and beers, too.All in all, great place to meet a friend or a group.“
“Just stopped in for a drink, it was excellent, stout, delicious and my waitress was a hoot! Food looked delicious at the table next to me but I wasn’t hungry sadly. I’d stop by again for sure. Try the girlfriend, she’s there for ya when you need her ?“
“The staff at Failoni's were amazing we came in with a large group of 25 and not only were they able to accommodate us but they also provided expert service. On a busy day at the restaraunt they got all of our orders out together and very quickly... the restaurant had a great Midwest vibe with friendly people and would highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing Italian food.Parking: Plenty of parking along the street on both sides“
“The service here is top notch. My husband and I came on our anniversary before catching the theater. Our reservation was for 5:15, and we admittedly were a bit late, but informed our server that we needed to leave by 6:30 to make our show. The serving staff took good care of us and what we ordered, three courses worth, was all highly flavorful and top notch.“
“Overall, this is a great place in Soulard for wood fired pizza. Highly recommend checking it out!WAIT TIME: I made a reservation for Sunday at 7:30pm, and so didn’t have to wait at all when I came in. We placed our order and we were impressed how quickly it came out (only like 10 mins later). Everything was very smooth and effortless.FOOD: We ordered the Fourth City Sausage & Pepperoni pizza to split between two of us. It was so delicious! The flavors are classic and they all go well together, and the portion size (12” pie) was perfect. They have an extensive menu so you’ll be left curious to try more next time!SERVICE: QR code menu was easy to access, and our server was very attentive and had a great attitude. Very pleasant experience overall.AMBIANCE: The pizza parlor vibes this place gives are great. They have Christmas lights up and when you walk in you can see the wood fire oven. I really liked the ambiance! The space is a little small so if you’re seated next to a larger crowd it can get noisy.PRICE: $42 total for a pizza and two drinks. Pretty well priced for a dinner date.“
“This is a terrific Sunday Brunch spot! I am fairly certain that the Pizzas here are just as delicious! Definitely gourmet eats! We had the stuffed breakfast pizza and the smoked salmon flatbread with a blood orange mule as Brian said they were out of the rhubarb mule. That blood orange mule was scrumptious and I definitely felt impaired on my scooter ride home so I chose to walk the remaining 1.5 miles!!! I will definitely dine at the PRESS again!!!“
“Creative, delicious pizzas - both vegan and dairy options. The crust is perfection!!There is no access to the indoors but it's the perfect spot for takeaway or to eat in the fun outdoor picnic area around the corner.Dietary restrictions: Many delicious vegan options“
“This place was awesome. The servers were great, food was amazing! The prices are pretty affordable as well. Many people checked to see if we were enjoying our food and going above and beyond to make sure we were good. Highly recommend this place!“
“A recent reviewer complained that this wasn't "authentic Korean." No kidding! What was her first clue? That the restaurant is in the Bevo neighborhood of St. Louis and there are tacos on the menu? What you do get is amazing Korean-American food cooked with a lot of passion and heart at a great price. I almost always get the Bibambap when I'm starving but I sometimes get the Korean tacos if I'm not as hungry. The pork belly is the best meat in my opinion.“
“Last time gf and I got a slice and it sucked. We knew it was a fluke so last night (friday) we went back and got a full pie. Holy moly that was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten and I eat a lot of pizza. We got pep, cini, sausage, jalapeno and garlic. Get that. You will enjoy it.“
“This is our new favorite pizza in all of St. Louis! We have not tried one here that we did not like - it’s so hard to choose a favorite. The salads are tasty as well. The drinks are great! The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. Definitely recommend stopping by for all they have to offer. I wish I would have thought to grab some better pictures, but we were too excited to eat!“
“The service was outstanding, the food was excellent as well. This was a very toddler friendly restaurant as the server got his food in first. Our food came out in perfect timing. This was an overall wonderful experience.Parking: Parking was just off to the side and easy to get in and out.“
“Moved into neighborhood and visited Macks for a late lunch/early dinner. I had the Philly Steak Sandwich and my wife had the deluxe burger with bacon. Both were great. Burgers are 1/2 pounders, so we had leftovers. We highly recommend this place. Small business with the Owner waiting on our table and introduced himself. “
“1. This pizza was absolutely DELICIOUS (homemade sausage...). The flavor was reminiscent of quality nostalgic pizza of yesteryear. It's really good.2. The owner was there and present and friendly.3. Cash/check ONLY4. Bring in your own salad/apps/alcohol because they don't have them and they allow this. They only have pizza and non-alcoholic beverages.5. The pizza took 45ish minutes to make (they told us up front multiple times).... it's totally worth it.“
“I love pizza !!! This Chicago style deep-dish pizza is at the very top of my short list of pizzas. Here in St.Louis, MO. The cheese pulled from your face to the plate, then still had to cut it. I ordered the Meat deep-dish, with light sause,Great jobI got it for pick up, but friendly staff, and the time was right on point. I will be back for more PIZZA ? . A must stop in and get some. Bring an appetiteWheelchair accessibility: They have ADA entrance and seating“
“I just recently moved to Saint Louis and I hate to admit it to my new fellow Missourians, but I am not a fan of the toasted raviolis I have tried. That all changed when I came to Farratos. The toasted raviolis were perfectly filled, had the perfectly toasted crunch and paired so well with their delicious sauce. The service has always been great here, but Nicole was top notch! She was very personable, knowledgeable and made sure we had what we needed and more. Thank you Nicole!“
“This is probably my new favorite go to pizza spot. The food is super delicious the people are beyond nice and the prices are super reasonable. In St. Louis people think imos is the in all be all for stl style pizza but this place is the one.“
“While wandering around St. Louis, I found myself around the hill and thought Italian thats what I wanted for dinner. And could I remember the name of the place a friend told me about? "Onesto!" I shouted in my car, and I was off. Onesto is a small Italian place nestled in the Princeton Heights neighborhood; it is completely surrounded by residential houses. While I walked up, I was greeted by a little Sinatra and a smiling hostess. She led me right to a small table by a window, perfect for gazing out into the street. A small plate of garlic knots magically appeared and were just about right, lots of garlic, butter, and salt. Might had scarfed down the whole plate before drinks, and like magic, more appeared. I had the house sangria, which I can't remember what it was, but it was very tasty. Then the waitress took my order. I had the cannelloni, which was stuffed with beef and pork in a tomato cream sauce and topped with mozzarella. It was delicious. It came with an overflowing Caesar salad and more garlic knots. After that wonderful meal, I was too full for dessert and headed home. Overall, great little Italian place, food hit the spot, and the service was great.“
“I was in town for the tenth anniversary of the brewery Side Project. However, I also wanted to check out the craft beer scene in St. Louis in general and read that this place served a lot of Narrow Gauge beers from their brewery next door. I got four of their beers and they were all great, especially the mild which was amazing and probably one of the best milds that I've ever had and they absolutely nailed it. It is a style that you don't often see outside of the UK either. I also got some food too. I had the chicken wings first and they were nothing special. Next I got the stuffed meatballs and they were absolutely divine. Service was good too and friendly.“
“Excellent accommodations for gluten and dairy allergies. The gluten free marinara pizza was beyond amazing, a soft and chewy pizza base like I’ve never had before. The staff gave exceptional service! Thank you, will be back very soon to enjoy the healthy Mediterranean flavors again!“
“?????This place is great the food is always really good and made in a timely manner and the wait staff really go the extra mile to make sure everything is to your liking I believe our server's name was Tyler great guy really friendly we made sure to give him a big tip I've never had a server like that you can tell he really enjoys and cares about what he does I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know for sure ????☺️????Parking: Theres always plenty of spots to parkKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly they even give out crayons and paper for the kids our kids like the food so much they even drew a picture for the kitchen staff ??“
“Very nice establishment. Idea just came to me to spend some time here before we took family to the airport. We live two hours away, and it's hard to judge traffic around rush hour. Definitely doing this next time. It made it so less stressful and a great place to decompress before having to get back on the highway to the airport.“
“Okay, first off: heavy metal pizza parlor? Just take my money. BUT! It isn't just a gimmick. The food is absolutely delicious! We tried the Creeping Death, Meatless Bat, the Thai Curry pizza, and one I forget the name of with pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños. We also ordered hot wings and curry wings with a side of murder sauce. Might be the best pizza in STL, and without a doubt the best wings! Our server Alex was phenomenal. The best service I've had in a long time!Alex: stay rad, dude.Kid-friendliness: We went during lunch on Saturday and my son had a blast checking out the decor and loved the food.“
“A hidden gem of a sandwich shop. We are frequent visitors to St Louis and will be making this one of regular eateries. Not only was the food excellent, but the owner was so personable. Really enjoyed this place and will be eating here twice on this trip alone.“
“*edited review*I am updating my original review because of the great service from our server in the bar area yesterday night, 3/26.He was very helpful and accurate and brought a fun personality. I wish i remembered his name.Food was delicous, trivia night was a fun time, & I will be back to support my neighbors.“
“Great concept - beers by the ounce, try one or several. The wood fired pizza is well made, excellent. We had the margherita pizza and the basil leaves are added after cooking, so it's fresh. Pesto and olive oil top it off. Delicious.Open a branch in Kansas City!“
“Pirrone's is a great neighborhood spot with great food and friendly staff!Vegetarian options: A lot of menu items can be vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: I ordered my pizza without cheese and it was delicious. They have great red sauce.“
“Would give them more stars if I could. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar tonight (2/25) and the solo server and solo bartender rocked it out. They were busy prior to our arrival and that trend only continued. I don't know of many restaurant staff who could handle a walk-in 12 top, bar guests, and several families with small children who came in at the same time. They were assisting each other, running food (I even saw a kitchen staff member running food), bagging togos, changing kegs, and absolutely *killing* it all while never missing a beat. Food was amazing too!“
“What a cool find. We discovered, as owner hosted kids New Year event. But now I know that there is cozy bar in STL that serves tasty food and offers variety of drinks. And it looks like there is something new going here every day. Definitely, on the list to come back again…without kids :)“
“Always wanted to try the pizza world joint since I lived in the area for 20 years about. I don't know why I never tried there pizza. It was super delicious and yes it's possible to mess up a pizza. Not pizza world the pizza was on point. Crust was perfect and very good to taste and perfect crunch (that's how I like my pizza crust). Was a little expensive but I'll take it. We will give a second go around another time to see if it's just as good. I would highly suggest the Via Bianco .“
“@deweyspizza 5/5 Will return. My wife's first time and wanted to try to white sauce. It was the best pizza she's had. Lexie and Zoe were amazing. There was a mess up in the kitchen; which doesn't happen often. They helped address it right away. Service was great. Clean and lively. Enjoyed the low key staff hints that we were waiting. Shows good communication imo.Vegetarian options: Large amount of veggie options as well as you don't get meat cross contamination at a pizza place as far as i know.“
“A classic diner experience! Got seated fast and got our order taken right away. The sandwiches were fantastic. I recommend the pastrami. The burger was good too. The shakes were thick and creamy, and the malt was mixed to perfection. Totally worth the price. Would become a regular if Iived closer for sure. So many options!“
“Tried one of the RFT's top 5 that has the distinction of having been honored multiple times for serving the best St. Louis-style pizza in the region — without actually using Provel. It had a great crust, the cheese and toppings were good, too. It was ok, but you couldn't taste the sauce. I would definitely try again and ask for more sauce.“
“This pizza is ALWAYS delicious. It's definitely one of my favorite pizzas for sure! Hand made crust, always hot and tasty. (And I mean tasty-yummy- delicious!) Loaded with meat ( I always get the meat specialty pizza).Definitely worth trying if you haven't. You will not be disappointed. Seriously, one of St. Louis' best, thin crust, (Saint Louis MO style) pizza. I'd put this one above the most popular STL pizza! Delicious EVERY TIME!!!“
“I am traveling out of town for work and I was wanting pizza and I saw this place on Google Maps, I have never had it or heard of it. I can say based on my one visit this is easily the best pizza buffet I have ever had. There was a very large variety of pizza and they were all good that I tried. They have really good sweet tea as well which is nice. The quality on a pizza buffet is usually questionable but I was genuinely impressed by this, highly recommended“
“Absolutely love Dewey's Pizza! Family atmosphere but also could be date night too! We love sitting at the bar, ordering a drink, watch sports if we want (hunny loves it because we are limited with channels at home) I also like sitting there because I can watch the kitchen. They are talented lol. Their pizza reminds me of my childhood pizzeria so I go for pure comfort sometimes, great restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible“
“Mack's Bar & Grill is a true gem tucked away in the heart of Debaliviere Place, and let me tell you, it's an experience you won't want to miss. Located just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Loop and bustling Barnes Jewish Hospital, Mack's boasts an atmosphere that's as electric as it is welcoming. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with the sound of pool balls clinking, laughter echoing, and the unmistakable buzz of a community coming together. The bar section is a hive of activity, with folks of all ages and backgrounds indulging in games of pool, shooting hoops, and grooving to tunes on the TouchTunes. But what sets Mack's apart from the rest is its ingenious approach to dining. As you make your way to your table, you'll notice an array of table games like connect four, Jenga, and mini cornhole, providing the perfect distraction while you wait for your mouthwatering meal. It's a brilliant touch that adds an extra layer of fun to your dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. Prepare to be blown away! The mozzarella sticks are a gooey delight, perfectly complemented by a delectable dipping sauce that'll have you reaching for more. And the onion rings? Crispy, golden perfection with a side of tangy buffalo sauce that elevates every bite. But the real star of the show? The Mac's BBQ Burger. Imagine melted nacho cheese, crispy bacon, and a juicy onion ring, all smothered in a mouthwatering BBQ sauce that'll have your taste buds singing with joy. It's a flavor explosion that'll leave you craving more with every bite. And let's not forget about the fries--crispy, seasoned to perfection, and with a hint of spice that adds a tantalizing kick to every mouthful. They're the perfect accompaniment to an already stellar meal. But what truly sets Mack's apart is its exceptional service. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like part of the family. The attentive staff ensures that your every need is met, making for a dining experience that's second to none. In conclusion, Mack's Bar & Grill is a game-changer in every sense of the word. From its lively atmosphere to its innovative dining concept and mouthwatering menu offerings, it's a place that leaves a lasting impression. I had the pleasure of chatting with Mack himself, who was incredibly kind and shared the story behind his restaurant. It's clear that Mack's is more than just a business--it's a labor of love. As a side note, be sure to check out Mack's Friday catfish specials, Wednesday karaoke nights, and weekend breakfasts in collaboration with 2Schae cafe. I always wanted to try breakfast there, and now I have the perfect excuse to come back. So, if you find yourself in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and pay Mack's Bar & Grill a visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Peace out, Yelp!“
“For looking to get out on the town for exceptional flavoring, some place to just grab a bite to eat or just enjoy watching sports and having a great get together with your friends this place is the spot for day or night and I left satisfied 2 times. I've already been in there in the past week they don't let you down. You can also come here with a event you just left or you can plan in advance and it's so artistic and creative and welcoming as soon as you come in the door! Thanks again“
“My goodness, this place was amazing. The aesthetic of this place is so romantic even in the early evening. I rented a Chalet and it didn't disappoint. They had a heater and I would definitely suggest that if you are going when it is cooler to still bring a coat or a blanket, because when the wait staff come in, the outside air comes right in and cancels out the heater for a bit. The service was AMAZING!!!! Everyone was gracious and helpful and over all just professional. If I could give more stars I would. The food was PHENOMENAL!!!!!! I truly recommend this place for a first date, an anniversary date, a just because date.Parking: So there were parking spots a block or so away from the restaurant, and you will have to pay the meter.Wheelchair accessibility: From what I can tell, it was wheelchair accessible, Even in the back where the chalet was, there was a way to get back there without having to deal with any stairs. However, to get inside from the outside, there were stairs and I didn't see another ramp for that.“
“I love their pizza. It not only good but reasonable in price. I order at least 3/4 time for my students to celebrate their successes. I cant count the numbers of times I personally go. Chicken wings are great as well. Keep up the great service!!“
