EXCELLENT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was our second time at Costello's, and it was wonderful! We were greeted promptly by a genuinely friendly man who let us know he'd be with us as soon as he finished making another order. Our wait wasn't long, and our sandwiches were worth every penny. We don't eat out very often, but if we did, we'd be regulars. BTW, the smell outside the building alone is worth going for!!
Stopped in this afternoon looking to grab some take and bakes. One of the pizzas we wanted was not available, so they whipped it up fresh for us. Baked it home and it turned out absolutely delicious! We will definitely be returning next time we are in NoCo!

Based on the reviews, Costello's Pizzeria & Subs is a great casual place for delicious pizzas and sub sandwiches. They make the dough and sauce fresh daily, and the meat is really high quality. The best pizza in Florissant hands down, with a great crust. The homemade sauce is to die for. A specific meal mentioned is the Gabagool, which was so good. The sandwiches are worth every penny, and the garlic cheese was awesome with the Italian beef. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly with quick service, and the building is a cool old railway building with a nice outdoor patio. Customers can get a slice of pizza that is so big, and many foods are available to take home, including a quart of their sauce, premade raviolis, or fresh pizza dough. The smell outside the building alone is worth going for.
