“We were in attendance for Monthly Girlfriend luncheon. Only 1 of us 4 had visited Hendel's in the distant past and she chose the restaurant. You don't see a lot of truly warm and cozy restaurants nestled within the neighborhood that's prospered. The food was good and service was excellent and as we have visited restaurants month after months, it's obvious that cooks aren't same. There is space for indoor & outdoor eating with limited parking. Nice afternoon luncheon experience ?Parking: Free parking in rear where u have a short walk from vehicle into establishment, but if full being that it's sitting in residential area, one can park on side street, no meters, & without inconveniencing residents.Kid-friendliness: Kids were running around where we sat indoors but no one seemed disturbed by their antics ?”

“I would like to say this is the most amazing pizza ever! We drive an hour to pick it up, and it’s worth it every time. I suggest calling early on the weekends, because it can be a long wait (but it is SO worth it). More toppings than you can imagine, and the recipe hasn’t changed with the new owners (no matter what any of these neigh-sayers say! Would also like to commend the two ladies who were working last Saturday. There was a very rude guy complaining about the time it was taking, but he showed up an hour early. So it seemed to us that it was his fault. He threw a fit in the dining room and there were people dining in!!! He was so rude. I was happy the owner came out and told him to calm down. The ladies handled him great.”

“An important note: the brewery does not currently sell alcohol to be consumed on site. We looked it up ahead of time, and the website was a little confusing and unclear. We were unsure what to expect, but we decided to head over anyway. We wanted to try their beer in a taproom experience, and the suggestion is to go to the nearby restaurant, Cuginos. The restaurant does not offer flights so we had a few small pours to get a sampling. We enjoyed what we tasted. There were a lot of IPAs, and the hefe was good.”

“PURE TRASH THE FOOD WAS FOR A BABY I SPENT $38 AND THE PORTION SIZE WAS FOR A 5 YEAR OLD I WOULDNT SOLD THAT TO A DOG I TOOK PICS AND IT LOOKED LIKE SLOP AND THE FACT I CALL TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER HIS ASST SAID HE STEPPED (SURE HE DID) I LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER AND TO THIS DAY HE HASNT RETURN MY CALL ITS SAD THAT BLACK-OWNERS R OUR WORST ENEMYS”

“I ordered right before closing. Unfortunately,there was a crowd waiting on orders. The staff 3 gentlemen & 1 young lady. All working,working hard. The gentleman preparing the sandwiches caught my attention. He had so many orders,but still had a good spirit doing his job. It’s rare to see young adults working hard,so I thank you all.”

“Had a good time there last night. Came in about an hour before close and even though they were understaffed, they waited on me and my party and made sure our food was hot and fresh. Our waiter was Amir and he was extremely kind and attentive. Would def go ”
