I wasn't paying attention and forgot to do an order later when mobile ordering. I called and they set my order aside and did it later for me. It was so nice. 10/10 customer service!
I so much love it they always get your order right they always speak when you walk in the door and I've never had any problems with my coffee. I wish that they would incorporate the type of customer service here at this store at all of their stores I would drive past one particular Starbucks just to get to this one even though it is out of my way I will drive there because I know it will be made right and it will be ready waiting on me when I order online. Holy diesel smoke! For more than 20 years, I've avoided getting hooked on anything from Starbucks.... Every store I've been has always treated me great.
