He also brought up my past review and asked me to elaborate a little further . He apologized, reassured me that things have or will be dealt with, and gave great customer service. “It was a truly spectacular experience from start to finish. While the ambiance is beautiful and the food consistently outstanding, what truly made our evening was our server, Simona. Simona was the definition of professionalism and personalized care. She greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu and the excellent wine list. Her recommendations were spot-on! What impressed us most was Simona's attention to detail. Our water glasses were always full, courses were timed perfectly. It's this level of thoughtful service that elevates a great meal into a truly memorable event. Simona went above and beyond to ensure we felt like VIPs. We can't recommend Il Bel Lago enough. We will certainly be back!“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pictured below is the Gonzo calzone- Salami, dates, spinach, garlic herb cheese, mozzarella, mascarpone-ricotta blend, and garlic oil with garlic butter on the side. My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I read off dates but the slight sweetness against all of that savory is what made it!! We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

“I arrived here around 2:50pm with my sons to grab some lunch. We are visiting STL from out of state. It wasn’t busy and we were the only ones there. I ordered around 3pm. We got the feliz navidad calzone, 5 piece pepperoni basil bites, and the taste two (calzone and buffalo chicken bites).

All the food came at 3:15pm. I was expecting the bites to come out first. This was the experience at a different location we tried 2 days prior.

Nonetheless, the food was just as delicious! It was made fresh. The mini is the perfect size. I got a regular size last time and I only ate half and took the other half home. My teen son (big appetite) couldn’t even finish the regular sized one. We ate at this establishment twice during our vacation, so that should tell you how good it was! If it was up to my teen, we would’ve eaten there a 3rd time! The food is great.

As a side note, After ordering and bringing the food, interaction with staff was very limited.“

“Amazing food and food service (Amy) was amazing. Only negative and one significant that I wouldn't return was the person in charge of valet service. He was rude when I arrived & parked and when I left. I'm 71 and traveled the world and lived in NYC yet never received so rude of service.“

“The Crossing Restaurant did a remarkable job the other evening when we dined there. We had impeccable service and outstanding food. I loved being able to do the four course meal with some of the specials. It was wonderful to see the dining room full in this well-established restaurant in the heart of Clayton. I remember being wowwed when I first dined at The Crossing 25 years ago and it is still just as fabulous! We cannot wait to return.“

“We were in St Peter’s Mo. and were going to go to Olive Garden for my Wife’s birthday, when I told our clerk at the hotel she said she would recommend the Pasta House over the Olive Garden. We went and had supper. Everything we had was great better than the other place. We took desert back to the room and it was great. I would recommend to anybody.“

“Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. You’ve raised the bar so much, now everyone else is a disappointment.“

“I used live in Mississippi and I would drive up from Mississippi just to get Faraci pizza and I liked all of their pizzas and salad. All of Faraci’s food on their menu was yummy. That I live in the lake of the Ozarks it’s a lot closer for me and I would drive up and order pizzas And bring them back. The Faraci special, the hamburger bacon, and the pepperoni and pineapple or my favorites but I will eat just about anything from that restaurant. Prices are reasonable and if you don’t think they are, that’s not faraci fault , that’s is JB fault.“

“We have been coming to this Pasta House for over 25 years and our visit tonight was just perfect. Pre pandemic, we often ate every Friday and the restaurant was always busy with everyone really enjoying their dining experience. During pandemic we just got carry out and have just started eating in once again. The service, friendliness of the staff and food was just like it was before COVID-19. Congratulations on weathering the storm and continuing to provide excellent dining experiences.“

“Arrived at 6pm with a party of 15 plus. It was understood what it’d take for our group to be seated. The Manager became a tad unhinged with us after a hostess sat us after half our group left mind you we waited over an hour for those seats. Our waiter was informed before orders were placed it’d be on separate checks. To our surprise we ended up splitting the orders ourselves . He was prompt though with everything else, will not be returning to said location though.“

“Found this place on Google maps. It’s just a small town bar, but the food was incredible! Our waitress was very helpful. The pasta melts in your mouth. And you have to try the bombs… With the aïoli sauce. I hope I can go back to this place again soon!“

Our server, Rose did a fabulous job. 4 out of 5 of us had never dined here before and Rose was so helpful with her recommendations from the menu. We started with a couple appetizers, toasted artichoke hearts and stuffed mushrooms. Both apps were very good. My pepperloin with a side of blue cheese and bacon potatoes was delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. Tony’s is a great place for a special occasion or a date night. “I had trouble ordering a gluten pizza on line. When I went in to order one, they were very helpful with the app. The gluten free crust is really good! Thingng is you can only order a small. Still delicious! The one drawback for me was it was a little salty. I don't normally eat alot of salt.“

“Stopped in at lunch time and picked up lunch specials and deals for my whole office. They were busy midday on a Friday on this cold January day so I thought, 'I'll park my van behind the building and avoid the busyness up front'. My dumb self got my van stuck in the snow for the first time ever. A staff member named Adrian used his entire 10 mins smoke break (or lunch) to help dig me out. They didn't have a shovel so he literally used a pizza pan with a wood handle to shovel the snow and breakup the ice before laying pizza boxes down for my tires to get traction. Everyone in St. Louis knows about and loves Imo's pizza, but what they may not know is that their staff is truly second to none. I'll definitely be back to support these wonderful folks that care about their customers.“

“I have frequently dined, had delivered, and carried out fron this location. It has had its ups and downs, but I noticed a significant change in September 2021. I believe they took on complete new management. I have been fortunate enough to be dealing with Matt for at least a year now and I always thought he should have been the one that should be running this location. I have been a customer here for 10 years and it's always been a mess. Matt did something different. I believe they brought Dan in as the GM and made Matt the AM. Things changed for the better. Apparently Dan left and Matt stepped into the GM position. Im not sure what happened, but Matt was the best thing that happened to this place. Its my understanding that upper management drove him out do to psychological abuse. I will say as a diehard customer Matt did leave a solid legacy. I always enjoyed Fernando. There were days it was Matt and Fernado, and those guys were on point. Im very pleased to see Fernando in a management position. I would hope that he would be considered for the GM position in the near future. Over the years I have unfortunately noticed the turn of management in this establishment, and there seems to be a common denominator. I have never been able to get a answer from any of the management over the years but from what I can collect it seems to me that they are micro managed and not given the tools to succeed. That is why I will no longer patronize this location or any other Imos that is part of this franchise. It's to bad. I don't know who to contact, but if you are reading this, you either own the place, or are the DM or RM. It really doesn't matter. I have a 17 year old daughter that really wanted to get a job with you and I won't let her. I would have left her in Matt's hands, no worries. Matt was there everyday, everytime. Then he is gone? Through the grapevine I hear there is a District manager that appears to be a bit of a cancer in this franchise. Can anyone fill me in on any information on this matter? Does anyone know where Matt is? If anyone is in contact with him please tell him thank you for years of fantastic service. I hope you have found happiness God bless. John B“

“We ate Imo’s Pizza twice during our stay in St. Louis, and it was excellent each time. We tried the pizza, wings, spaghetti, and cinnamo—everything was great, and the delivery was fast.“

“The food here is so good! We were skeptical because trying pizza in a new place is always a gamble but this was a win! We got the BBQ chicken pizza, mozzarella sticks, lasagna and pepperoni crunchimo and everything was made to perfection! Highly recommend if you're in the area!“
