“Celebrated our grandson's 11th birthday at Bugatti's. Sarah (I believe I'm correct) was our main waitress. When she found out it was a child's birthday she came with balloons to put on the table to make it festive. She gave us (a party of 9) a great table kind of off by itself. The food was served hot and was very good. They had special child sized steaks with fries. The wait staff was very patient and attentive and made us feel welcome even though with three 11 year olds it got a little boisterous at times. We enjoyed our food and birthday gathering. Thank you.“

“Well established restaurant only open from 5-9 pm so get your reservations in or you will miss out on the quaint ambiance and phenomenal service that is a staple here. Salads are crisp and fresh and the bread is warm and tasty. Chicken Parmesan is a large portion and crisp, with a tangy sauce and plenty of cheese. Seafood linguini was good and filled with lots of seafood. Tiramisu was moist , flavorful and loved the addition of fresh fruit on top.“

“Tony and family always make you feel like family. From his table side presence and his beautiful mother leading an amazing team in the kitchen. Anthony our server was great and knowledgeable of all the dishes. We started with the calamari and fried spinach and a perfectly spiced marinara sauce. We each had the separate salads I had the Italian chop salad, and my girl had the Caprese salad both were absolutely amazing. I had the Benedetto's Farfalle with spicy pink sauce and added shrimp 🤌we also had the perfectly cooked and breaded Chicken Spiedini served over risotto. We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

“I ordered online and it was simple and the food was prepared faster than the estimated time. The size of the calzone is pretty big and would have been my whole meal for the day (might even have some leftovers).

I got Meet Me In St Louie and the food itself had good flavour although a little bit salty in my opinion. It was tasty but I don't think I can eat the entire thing in one sitting.

There's plenty of seating available at this location and the service was not too bad. The area gets pretty busy though so I assume the place would get packed during lunch and dinner rush.“

“Wow! Their food was AMAZING. It was so fresh and so tasty. The Italian dip was so good! Probably one of the best ones I’ve ever had. The pizza and toasted ravs were so good as well, perfect amount of crispiness and flavor. The star of the show though, THE CANNOLI was amazing! It was crispy, and I wish I had 12 of them if I am being honest. Initially I was a little concerned about the price of our order, but after trying it, it was 100% worth it. I will be back and I’ll be counting the days until I can have that perfect cannoli again.

The service was great, i came into to pick my order up and i was in and out in 2 mins, the cashier even held the door for me when i carried out my pizza.

“I was very impressed with this Olive Garden location. The service was very good, we were seated quickly. Our waitress took great care of us, we never had to wait on anything and it appeared she was taking care of multiple large tables. The atmosphere was very fun and bright with very comfortable seating. The cocktails were amazing and they offered a very nice variety of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu was your regular Olive Garden menu but did seem to offer items I had not seen before. I ordered the 6oz sirloin with alfredo and I have to say, the steak was probably one of the better steaks I have eaten. It was perfectly seasoned and even better it was a perfect medium - rare which I have had problems getting in a lot of restaurants in the past unfortunately. I would definitely recommend this Olive Garden to everyone. Everything was exactly as we had hoped.“

The Service
The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly our waitress, Tina. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive and kind. It is rare to find service that is both remarkably efficient and genuinely warm, but Tina managed both perfectly. She wasn’t overbearing, ensuring our drinks were never empty and that we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Her kindness really made the lunch feel special for my niece, which I truly appreciated.
The Food
While the breadsticks and salad are the classics everyone knows, the real standout for me was the Steak Gorgonzola-Alfredo.
Final Verdict
If you are like me and usually avoid the big names, let this be your sign to give this location a chance every once in a while. We left happy, full, and relaxed.“

“Pizza is great and they support of course local music. I was in a few nights ago and the owner stops at my table to check on things. He said the pizza looks a little overdone, I can take that off your bill, but actually I like it a littel well done and crispy, so no problem but nice that the owner himself offered to make it right.“

We had the cheesy garlic bread - a MUST every time we visit. We also had the beef stroganoff special. It was PERFECTION! When recently moving to neighborhood I tried this IMOS and was very satisfied multiple occasions. Usually it was carry out but when I started get delivery the pizza would arrive sauceless and soft. I understand cooks change, etc. I didn’t give up on this place because for years I’ve been unsatisfied with eating out. I called to request more crisp pizza with sauce. And the manager was graceful with my request and dissatisfaction and that’s a company I would return to. So I was going to order from another pizza spot but couldn’t the menu looked off.
Called IMOS placed order and decided to try wings. Listen this pizza and wing combo was so good I ate the wings twice lol. I needed to know who cooked this food and thank them. Nick you understood the assignment. I know ONLY want Nick to cook my food!“

“I had trouble ordering a gluten pizza on line. When I went in to order one, they were very helpful with the app. The gluten free crust is really good! Thingng is you can only order a small. Still delicious! The one drawback for me was it was a little salty. I don't normally eat alot of salt.“

“Stopped in at lunch time and picked up lunch specials and deals for my whole office. They were busy midday on a Friday on this cold January day so I thought, 'I'll park my van behind the building and avoid the busyness up front'. My dumb self got my van stuck in the snow for the first time ever. A staff member named Adrian used his entire 10 mins smoke break (or lunch) to help dig me out. They didn't have a shovel so he literally used a pizza pan with a wood handle to shovel the snow and breakup the ice before laying pizza boxes down for my tires to get traction. Everyone in St. Louis knows about and loves Imo's pizza, but what they may not know is that their staff is truly second to none. “I have frequently dined, had delivered, and carried out fron this location. It has had its ups and downs, but I noticed a significant change in September 2021. I believe they took on complete new management. I have been fortunate enough to be dealing with Matt for at least a year now and I always thought he should have been the one that should be running this location. I have been a customer here for 10 years and it's always been a mess. Matt did something different. I believe they brought Dan in as the GM and made Matt the AM. Things changed for the better. Apparently Dan left and Matt stepped into the GM position. Im not sure what happened, but Matt was the best thing that happened to this place. Its my understanding that upper management drove him out do to psychological abuse. I will say as a diehard customer Matt did leave a solid legacy. I always enjoyed Fernando. There were days it was Matt and Fernado, and those guys were on point. Im very pleased to see Fernando in a management position. I would hope that he would be considered for the GM position in the near future. Over the years I have unfortunately noticed the turn of management in this establishment, and there seems to be a common denominator. I have never been able to get a answer from any of the management over the years but from what I can collect it seems to me that they are micro managed and not given the tools to succeed. That is why I will no longer patronize this location or any other Imos that is part of this franchise. It's to bad. I don't know who to contact, but if you are reading this, you either own the place, or are the DM or RM. It really doesn't matter. I have a 17 year old daughter that really wanted to get a job with you and I won't let her. I would have left her in Matt's hands, no worries. Matt was there everyday, everytime. Then he is gone? Through the grapevine I hear there is a District manager that appears to be a bit of a cancer in this franchise. Can anyone fill me in on any information on this matter? Does anyone know where Matt is? If anyone is in contact with him please tell him thank you for years of fantastic service. I hope you have found happiness God bless. John B“
