I went for lunch for the first time and was very excited about how many lunch specials they offer. At $12.99 w a salad included it was a great deal. Service as always was friendly

Anthony our server was great and knowledgeable of all the dishes. We started with the calamari and fried spinach and a perfectly spiced marinara sauce. We each had the separate salads I had the Italian chop salad, and my girl had the Caprese salad both were absolutely amazing. I had the Benedetto's Farfalle with spicy pink sauce and added shrimp 🤌we also had the perfectly cooked and breaded Chicken Spiedini served over risotto. “Went with my parents for a celebration lunch today. By the looks of the parking lot, they were pretty busy but we didnt have to wait to be seated. We had a wonderful server named Aris. She was very friendly and polite. She was very helpful when my dad had menu questions. One of the Doctors I work at my hospital knew I was having a double mastectomy surgery and knew we'd be back and forth with appointments and not always feel like cooking and dishes at home when they were taking care of me while I was recuperating, so he bought us a gift card to use. I wish more servers were like Aris, she's top notch with customer service and being bubbly and friendly. I dont live in the area, but when I'm back in town for my next surgery/ recovery I would be happy to come back. It wasn't just Aris, the hostess was super friendly too, as well as another worker taking a to go order out and she held the door for us. All around top notch, and food was delicious.“

“I’m little late on this review but I remember the experience! I went here for my anniversary on 9/18/26. My wife and I had warm welcome from the staff told us happy anniversary. My daughter did not like the white pasta. My daughter was not going say anything because she didn’t want cause disturbance. The waitress came over asked if she wanted to try the red pasta! “We were in St Peter’s Mo. and were going to go to Olive Garden for my Wife’s birthday, when I told our clerk at the hotel she said she would recommend the Pasta House over the Olive Garden. We went and had supper. Everything we had was great better than the other place. We took desert back to the room and it was great. I would recommend to anybody.“

“This was my first visit to Jet pizza. I ordered via phone with their AI system. That's was very easy process. I was looking for a thicker crust and they had hand tossed and Detroit style crust. I got the hand tossed, wish I would have got the Detroit style. It looked better in the pictures on the menu.
Once I got there I was greeted quickly. My pizza was ready within a few minutes of my arrival. The guy I dealt with was very helpful.
After I got the pizza home it was just ok. Now that's me, there was nothing wrong. Other than I personally didn't care for it. I will try it again. I want to try their Detroit style crust.“

“We visited the establishment before 10pm. The atmosphere was festive with Halloween decor. The gentleman playing his guitar was talented though I wish he had his background sounds down a bit so we could hear him sing more. He has a great voice and articulation. He didn't need to be louder. It was wonderful to be in a restaurant where we could carry on a conversation. Service was very good. The menu offered enough variety without being overwhelming. Kudos on the carrots by the way. It's hard to find a place that serves FRESH vegetables without over cooking them. Nice honey glaze while keeping the carrots crunchy and earthy. The beef was VERY tender! The presentation of the prawns was to my husband's liking. They were done just right and the garlic sauce was on par.“

“One of the best IMOs locations. Everything I ordered was perfect. The gentleman that took my order this evening was so nice and friendly, I didn’t catch his name. They were busy midday on a Friday on this cold January day so I thought, 'I'll park my van behind the building and avoid the busyness up front'. My dumb self got my van stuck in the snow for the first time ever. A staff member named Adrian used his entire 10 mins smoke break (or lunch) to help dig me out. They didn't have a shovel so he literally used a pizza pan with a wood handle to shovel the snow and breakup the ice before laying pizza boxes down for my tires to get traction. Everyone in St. Louis knows about and loves Imo's pizza, but what they may not know is that their staff is truly second to none. I'll definitely be back to support these wonderful folks that care about their customers.“

“I have frequently dined, had delivered, and carried out fron this location. It has had its ups and downs, but I noticed a significant change in September 2021. I believe they took on complete new management. I have been fortunate enough to be dealing with Matt for at least a year now and I always thought he should have been the one that should be running this location. I have been a customer here for 10 years and it's always been a mess. Matt did something different. I believe they brought Dan in as the GM and made Matt the AM. Things changed for the better. Apparently Dan left and Matt stepped into the GM position. Im not sure what happened, but Matt was the best thing that happened to this place. Its my understanding that upper management drove him out do to psychological abuse. I will say as a diehard customer Matt did leave a solid legacy. I always enjoyed Fernando. There were days it was Matt and Fernado, and those guys were on point. Im very pleased to see Fernando in a management position. I would hope that he would be considered for the GM position in the near future. Over the years I have unfortunately noticed the turn of management in this establishment, and there seems to be a common denominator. I have never been able to get a answer from any of the management over the years but from what I can collect it seems to me that they are micro managed and not given the tools to succeed. That is why I will no longer patronize this location or any other Imos that is part of this franchise. It's to bad. I don't know who to contact, but if you are reading this, you either own the place, or are the DM or RM. It really doesn't matter. I have a 17 year old daughter that really wanted to get a job with you and I won't let her. I would have left her in Matt's hands, no worries. Matt was there everyday, everytime. Then he is gone? Through the grapevine I hear there is a District manager that appears to be a bit of a cancer in this franchise. Can anyone fill me in on any information on this matter? Does anyone know where Matt is? If anyone is in contact with him please tell him thank you for years of fantastic service. I hope you have found happiness God bless. John B“
