“Tony and family always make you feel like family. From his table side presence and his beautiful mother leading an amazing team in the kitchen. Anthony our server was great and knowledgeable of all the dishes. We started with the calamari and fried spinach and a perfectly spiced marinara sauce. We each had the separate salads I had the Italian chop salad, and my girl had the Caprese salad both were absolutely amazing. I had the Benedetto's Farfalle with spicy pink sauce and added shrimp 🤌we also had the perfectly cooked and breaded Chicken Spiedini served over risotto. “I absolutely adore my Imos location here. They are always courteous and very professional. Nick and Mike are absolutely great at making the Original Imos pizza that so many of us crave and long for. My mom passed away a couple of months ago. Whenever she would visit, her ONLY craving desire was always for Imos On Jungermann. She absolutely adores them all and they loved her too. They were all saddened to hear of my mom's recent passing & as I enjoy Imos on today, I do it in my mothers honor. Thank you Imos Jungermann for loving my mother and treating her with a tremendous amount of love and respect which goes a long way. You will always be not only the best pizza ever but you're like family to me. The memories go all the way back to the mid 80s when my dad would take us to the Imos which stood in an old white building near Forest Park. Jungermann Imos gives me that same vibe and awesome flavor from so long ago. Bless you Nick, Mike and your awesome team for always going above the call of duty. Im eternally grateful 🙏“

“We were having trouble ordering through the website so we tried to call the Imo’s closest to our branch and were on hold forever. When calling this location, someone answered right away and was VERY pleasant and helpful. We were technically outside their delivery area but they made an exception for us and delivered to us anyway. The woman who took our very large order was so friendly & patient. Our delivery driver was also very friendly & helpful. Our food was hot and fresh and packaged well. We were very satisfied with our experience & would highly recommend!“

“This was my first visit to Jet pizza. I ordered via phone with their AI system. That's was very easy process. I was looking for a thicker crust and they had hand tossed and Detroit style crust. I got the hand tossed, wish I would have got the Detroit style. It looked better in the pictures on the menu.
Once I got there I was greeted quickly. My pizza was ready within a few minutes of my arrival. The guy I dealt with was very helpful.
After I got the pizza home it was just ok. Now that's me, there was nothing wrong. Other than I personally didn't care for it. I will try it again. I want to try their Detroit style crust.“

“Stopped in at lunch time and picked up lunch specials and deals for my whole office. They were busy midday on a Friday on this cold January day so I thought, 'I'll park my van behind the building and avoid the busyness up front'. My dumb self got my van stuck in the snow for the first time ever. A staff member named Adrian used his entire 10 mins smoke break (or lunch) to help dig me out. They didn't have a shovel so he literally used a pizza pan with a wood handle to shovel the snow and breakup the ice before laying pizza boxes down for my tires to get traction. Everyone in St. Louis knows about and loves Imo's pizza, but what they may not know is that their staff is truly second to none. I'll definitely be back to support these wonderful folks that care about their customers.“

“I have frequently dined, had delivered, and carried out fron this location. It has had its ups and downs, but I noticed a significant change in September 2021. I believe they took on complete new management. I have been fortunate enough to be dealing with Matt for at least a year now and I always thought he should have been the one that should be running this location. I have been a customer here for 10 years and it's always been a mess. Matt did something different. I believe they brought Dan in as the GM and made Matt the AM. Things changed for the better. Apparently Dan left and Matt stepped into the GM position. Im not sure what happened, but Matt was the best thing that happened to this place. Its my understanding that upper management drove him out do to psychological abuse. I will say as a diehard customer Matt did leave a solid legacy. I always enjoyed Fernando. There were days it was Matt and Fernado, and those guys were on point. Im very pleased to see Fernando in a management position. I would hope that he would be considered for the GM position in the near future. Over the years I have unfortunately noticed the turn of management in this establishment, and there seems to be a common denominator. I have never been able to get a answer from any of the management over the years but from what I can collect it seems to me that they are micro managed and not given the tools to succeed. That is why I will no longer patronize this location or any other Imos that is part of this franchise. It's to bad. I don't know who to contact, but if you are reading this, you either own the place, or are the DM or RM. It really doesn't matter. I have a 17 year old daughter that really wanted to get a job with you and I won't let her. I would have left her in Matt's hands, no worries. Matt was there everyday, everytime. Then he is gone? Through the grapevine I hear there is a District manager that appears to be a bit of a cancer in this franchise. Can anyone fill me in on any information on this matter? Does anyone know where Matt is? If anyone is in contact with him please tell him thank you for years of fantastic service. I hope you have found happiness God bless. John B“

She has a personality that doesn’t take any shit from anyone combined with a soft side that makes you feel warm and welcomed. Expect laughs, charm, charisma, and always a story about traveling.
