“We had a fantastic visit! Corey was our server and he was outstanding. The pace of the meal was perfect and the ambiance was lovely. The food!!!!! We had the cheesy garlic bread - a MUST every time we visit. We also had the beef stroganoff special. It was PERFECTION! We were very excited to hear it was that nights special as we have had in the past and we're hoping to have again. It really needs to be a permanent item on the menu (Hint! Hint!). We finished dinner with crème brulee and it was delicious. Highly recommend Gittos Hollywood Casino location. You won't be disappointed!“

“I have frequently dined, had delivered, and carried out fron this location. It has had its ups and downs, but I noticed a significant change in September 2021. I believe they took on complete new management. I have been fortunate enough to be dealing with Matt for at least a year now and I always thought he should have been the one that should be running this location. I have been a customer here for 10 years and it's always been a mess. Matt did something different. I believe they brought Dan in as the GM and made Matt the AM. Things changed for the better. Apparently Dan left and Matt stepped into the GM position. Im not sure what happened, but Matt was the best thing that happened to this place. Its my understanding that upper management drove him out do to psychological abuse. I will say as a diehard customer Matt did leave a solid legacy. I always enjoyed Fernando. There were days it was Matt and Fernado, and those guys were on point. Im very pleased to see Fernando in a management position. I would hope that he would be considered for the GM position in the near future. Over the years I have unfortunately noticed the turn of management in this establishment, and there seems to be a common denominator. I have never been able to get a answer from any of the management over the years but from what I can collect it seems to me that they are micro managed and not given the tools to succeed. That is why I will no longer patronize this location or any other Imos that is part of this franchise. It's to bad. I don't know who to contact, but if you are reading this, you either own the place, or are the DM or RM. It really doesn't matter. I have a 17 year old daughter that really wanted to get a job with you and I won't let her. I would have left her in Matt's hands, no worries. Matt was there everyday, everytime. Then he is gone? Through the grapevine I hear there is a District manager that appears to be a bit of a cancer in this franchise. Can anyone fill me in on any information on this matter? Does anyone know where Matt is? If anyone is in contact with him please tell him thank you for years of fantastic service. I hope you have found happiness God bless. John B“

“Can’t believe it took so long to find this place! The pizza and pasta had an amazing combination of flavors! The drinks were perfect and generous pours. The service with Rosie Zoe and Brooklyn exemplary. The bar and atmosphere are so very cool. COME SEE WHAT YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON! Sorry, we forgot photos of the food!“

“We had a party of 6 on Saturday night. Great service. Outstanding food had by everyone. A few in the party ordered the Lasagna after they were out of Ossobuco. They loved the Lasagna, the Chicken Risotto was one of the best I ever had, although I modified it by adding mushrooms. We did start out with appetizers and the Roasted Wild Mushroom app and Toasted Ravoli were incredible. Highly recommend this place.“

“Well established restaurant only open from 5-9 pm so get your reservations in or you will miss out on the quaint ambiance and phenomenal service that is a staple here. Salads are crisp and fresh and the bread is warm and tasty. Chicken Parmesan is a large portion and crisp, with a tangy sauce and plenty of cheese. Seafood linguini was good and filled with lots of seafood. Tiramisu was moist , flavorful and loved the addition of fresh fruit on top.“

“I ordered online and it was simple and the food was prepared faster than the estimated time. The size of the calzone is pretty big and would have been my whole meal for the day (might even have some leftovers).

I got Meet Me In St Louie and the food itself had good flavour although a little bit salty in my opinion. It was tasty but I don't think I can eat the entire thing in one sitting.

There's plenty of seating available at this location and the service was not too bad. The area gets pretty busy though so I assume the place would get packed during lunch and dinner rush.“

We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

“We recently moved “locally” and Our trying out new restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with “A’mis” Took Our four kids there for lunch today. The ENTIRE dining area was full, yet the short staffed staff did not miss a beat. Drinks filled, food brought out, they did forget silverware but They were SO busy and also so on top of it! Truly impressed as a former server and hostess back in the day. My kids finished the cheese sticks in less than 5 minutes. The fettuccini was amazing, and so was the New York style pizza. The house dressing is good as well. On top of that the wait staff was so friendly and kind to Us. You sometimes sadly get dirty looks bringing 4 kids under 13 into a restaurants alone, even if they are well behaved! We will be back!!! Thank-You!“

“It was a truly spectacular experience from start to finish. While the ambiance is beautiful and the food consistently outstanding, what truly made our evening was our server, Simona. Simona was the definition of professionalism and personalized care. She greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu and the excellent wine list. Her recommendations were spot-on! What impressed us most was Simona's attention to detail. Our water glasses were always full, courses were timed perfectly. It's this level of thoughtful service that elevates a great meal into a truly memorable event. Simona went above and beyond to ensure we felt like VIPs. We can't recommend Il Bel Lago enough. “Wow! Their food was AMAZING. It was so fresh and so tasty. The Italian dip was so good! Probably one of the best ones I’ve ever had. The pizza and toasted ravs were so good as well, perfect amount of crispiness and flavor. The star of the show though, THE CANNOLI was amazing! It was crispy, and I wish I had 12 of them if I am being honest. Initially I was a little concerned about the price of our order, but after trying it, it was 100% worth it. I will be back and I’ll be counting the days until I can have that perfect cannoli again.

The service was great, i came into to pick my order up and i was in and out in 2 mins, the cashier even held the door for me when i carried out my pizza.

“This place is a hidden gem. People drive by daily and probably don't even think about it. Too bad for them...our table of seven women had a variety of meals and loved everything. The wine list is actually a book of many options of bottles. The atmosphere was lovely. Ed, our waiter, was amazing, he seemed to be close by when we needed him. He was very attentive but not lingering. Great service and great food. It had been a while since many of us had been here. We all vowed not to wait so long to return. As a bonus, it is attached to the Drury Inn at Forest Park, so there is plenty of free parking, more than most places on The Hill.“

“I arrived here around 2:50pm with my sons to grab some lunch. We are visiting STL from out of state. It wasn’t busy and we were the only ones there. I ordered around 3pm. We got the feliz navidad calzone, 5 piece pepperoni basil bites, and the taste two (calzone and buffalo chicken bites).

All the food came at 3:15pm. I was expecting the bites to come out first. This was the experience at a different location we tried 2 days prior.

Nonetheless, the food was just as delicious! It was made fresh. The mini is the perfect size. I got a regular size last time and I only ate half and took the other half home. My teen son (big appetite) couldn’t even finish the regular sized one. We ate at this establishment twice during our vacation, so that should tell you how good it was! If it was up to my teen, we would’ve eaten there a 3rd time! The food is great.

As a side note, After ordering and bringing the food, interaction with staff was very limited.“

“Me and my wife and friend came here last night we had outside seating which was great due to weather. My wife ordered the blue cheese burger my server said it was not on the menu but she made it happen. That's what I call perfect customer service at 100% will go back when ever I fly back from Jersey.“
