Rich & Charlie's Woods Mill Reviews
(South county location!)
I’ve been a loyal customer of Rich and Charlie’s for over eight years, visiting regularly (6–8 times a month), and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
On this visit, I ordered a kid’s spaghetti, adult spaghetti, two martinis, and a kisdie cocktail. My total came to $49.49. From the start, the service was extremely slow. Every single thing took an unreasonable amount of time. We waited over 30 minutes just to receive...read full review
Amazing pizza! Best lasagna! Great staff! 5 Stars!
I’m appalled. There is a pandemic going on with a mask mandate in St Louis County and none of the employees are wearing masks. I am not eating in restaurants due to the pandemic. I came there to pick up a to-go order. Everyone waiting for a to “-go order was masked but not one employee had a face covering on. I’m not going there again. I don’t want Covid in my food from their uncovered faces.

Rich & Charlie's Woods Mill is a cozy Italian restaurant with a wide lunch and dinner menu. Customers can bring their own wine for a small fee. The house salad and Cavatelli are highly recommended, just like they used to be. The "Rich & Charlie's" sandwich is a must-try, served with a side of pasta. The portions are huge, and the food is always good, though some wish for smaller options. The penne ronzio with bechamel sauce is decent pasta for those trying something new.
The staff is nice and accommodating, checking in often and providing bread for the table. They handle dietary restrictions well, offering changes like grilling instead of frying. However, carry-out orders sometimes miss items or don’t meet pickup times.
The decor is nice, but the restaurant is tiny and gets loud and crowded. Parking can be tricky, though it's ample during lunch hours. A small gem that shouldn't be missed, even with minor hiccups.
