This hidden gem may not look like a typical great restaurant, but it serves excellent food with fast and accommodating service. It is dog-friendly and located in the back of a gas station, adding to its humble, old-school BBQ vibe. The staff, including the owner Rick, are friendly and attentive, often stopping by to check on customers. The food is served wrapped in foil to keep it warm, and the beans and slaw are excellent.
