Nice to have a location with pick up window. But quality has declined. Scrimpy with the provel on the pizzas. Can barely taste it. 😕

Imo's Pizza is a restaurant that offers delicious and hot pizza, as reported by a customer who has been on earth for 46 years. The restaurant's front counter service, specifically the younger black guy, is praised for his excellent customer service. Many customers appreciate the great staff and wonderful food. The restaurant provides options for delivery, pickup, and a pickup window/drive-thru, making it convenient for diners. However, there are concerns about the hiring and employee process, including proper screening for customer service skills and communication. Some customers have reported negative experiences, mentioning rude service during phone calls. While the general manager has made efforts to address issues, overall, Imo's Pizza is still recommended for their great food and friendly staff.
