Terrible, I placed an online order to be picked up at 7:45pm I arrived at 8:10pm. Was informed order was not received even though I had my order recite. I was asked to pull from window and phone order in. I became upset and left. Not good service there and I will be sharing my experience with others for sure. Been using this Imo’s for about 14 years.
I have never received A pizza this hot and good ever in my 46 years of being on earth. People always write bad reviews but not the great ones. But I would like to take the time and write this one here. I order at 640pm received by 7pm. Driver call and said I’m pulling up in 5 seconds and he did just that. Great customer service and great food should be recognized when given.

I love imo's. I'm from St. Louis, but we have to get better as people and learn how to talk and treat each other. Also, H R needs to do better in there hiring. And employee process, we need to do better screening. Because we need people person people, not just somebody working a job. We need to know how to treat and talk to one another.
