The food was delicious and the wait staff were fabulous! Lico is a fabulous waiter
they over charged my card and I want my refund 48.05 for some wings and fries is crazy, my bill was to be $24 as I was told.
Went on Dec 7th for my friend’s birthday and when I say absolute vibe I mean it. 10/10 on the drinks & food. Very grown and sexy. Will be back!

Bliss Restaurant offers a lighthearted, peaceful, and fun atmosphere with a very pretty interior that has a brunch vibe. The restaurant features floral photo walls, hanging wicker lanterns, and rose and emerald velvet seats, creating a visually appealing setting. The service is generally friendly, with staff like "Twin" providing a great personality and nice attitude. The food includes popular dishes such as lamb chops and the African spinach, which is very good and satisfying on its own. The ox tail is tender, and the spinach is a favorite side dish. However, some dishes like the pepper wings may not be very fresh, tasting like they were made earlier and just heated up. Parking can be difficult, with valet available for $10, though there is a cone area in plain sight. Inside, the loud music with very explicit lyrics makes it hard to have conversations, and the vibe is more party-like than peaceful. The bathroom is decorated in black and white, but some fixtures like the faucet may not work. Overall, Bliss Restaurant is a beautiful spot with good food and a lively environment, though some may find the vibe less "blissful" due to noise and parking challenges.
