Ordered online for pickup on August 2nd at 11:11 just to be told that their was not a manager on shift therefore no food was able to be purchased or served until the manager arrived which the employee proceeded to tell me to wait about 30 minutes to an hour so I did! 2 hours go by it's now August 3rd at 1:00 am and their is still no manager. I am extremely unpleased with this situation because noy only did i waste time, but I also did not receive any food or a refund of my purchase....read full review
Went through the drive thru and the female seemed irritated. The gentleman seemed like he was trying to get through the shift peacefully. I wish I had checked my LARGE soda before pulling off because it did not have any syrup in it. That was a real disappointment. Lost money & didn't have a drink (I had bottled water but it was hot fro being in the car all day & was looking forward to a refreshing drink). I was already at my destination when I took my 1st drink.
The staff move like snails if you like that sort of thing.
