All right, this was a tricky review for me. First, I've been searching for the best burger in St. Louis, and let's be clear, this ain't it.
The second thing, I'm a firm believer against getting burgers from restaurants, but that doesn't mean this burger isn't damn good.
The waitress all but pleaded with me to not bite the burger while the cheese was sizzling. But did I listen? Nah.
As soon as that burger hit the plate in front of me, I picked it up, took the biggest bite I could muster. Then dipped some of the fries into the sizzling cheese.
O.M.P.'s burger.
Absolutely a plus.

“We had a very enjoyable meal with some friends. I tried the all you can eat shrimp/riblets/boneless wings & fries. I was very pleasantly surprised with the shrimp. The breading was light and none of it tasted greasy from being fried. The shrimp was very tasty. I also had the riblets with sweet Asian Zing sauce. Those were delicious. Very surprised at how tender and flavorful they were. Our server Alexis was very attentive & knowledgeable about the meals. We also met another server, Monica, who was very pleasant as well. The restaurant was not very busy this evening at 6 and the service was prompt and attentive. Thanks Applebee's.“

“The food is pretty good but they nickel & dime you. Example, when you order a salad, it comes with not enough dressing & I’m one who does not require or want a lot or extra salad dressing on my salad. But they charge extra for each addition little cup of salad dressing. And after the party I was with left, I ordered takeout for my wife. They said they gave my order to someone in my party, which I know for a fact they did not. When I got home with the order I had to wait for more than twice as long for, they did not put the extra salad dressing I ordered & payed for in my bag. I know I should’ve checked but I trusted them & they failed.“

“Very good Taco Tuesday special. Place looked nice, definitely not dirty with newer furnishings. I could imagine that during an evening with music it might get crowded and look dirty. It was not crowded on a Tuesday lunch. I can recommend the taco special and tater tots and look forward to going back to try the Burger special.“

“We went to Syberg's yesterday ... always our spot to meet up with our son and his girlfriend. Service was great, food was delicious..... and the lobster mac was AMAZING! Full of chunks of lobster! Syberg's on Dorsett is one of our favorites! We drive almost two hours to eat there 🙂“

“I drive past this place a lot and never paid it any attention. My friend and I wanted some frozen drinks and food. When I say this place was a pleasant surprise. From the security to the ladies working at the bar we felt cared for. Even the other patrons were really nice. You can tell they are regulars there and we enjoyed that. The drinks were A1 in taste and buzz level. The only “issue” I had was the menu I read about online wasn’t as extensive. I had my heart set on something I didn’t see in person but that’s not a dealbreaker. They will see us again.“
