“The food is pretty good but they nickel & dime you. Example, when you order a salad, it comes with not enough dressing & I’m one who does not require or want a lot or extra salad dressing on my salad. But they charge extra for each addition little cup of salad dressing. And after the party I was with left, I ordered takeout for my wife. They said they gave my order to someone in my party, which I know for a fact they did not. When I got home with the order I had to wait for more than twice as long for, they did not put the extra salad dressing I ordered & payed for in my bag. I know I should’ve checked but I trusted them & they failed.“

“Best ruben, he has had in a long time. I ordered a dinner salad and it was big and excellent. Small building, even though it has 3 floors. We were there in late afternoon. And the atmosphere was nice. Only a few people in there. Service was good and fast.“

“The manger Yolanda is the perfect person for the job she made what would’ve been a horrible evening 9-5-26 a great 1. She needs other staff members who are white to be team players. The server was horrible all we got from his was the food order we place. Yolanda remade the drinks that were horrible. Whom ever was cooking this night was in a rush. The steak was horrible but the other food was decent. 3.8 for the chef 0.2 for the server.6.0 for the manger she made our night“

“We had a great experience at Bar Down Sports Bar! The pizza was excellent and our service was great. This is the perfect place to watch a game—tons of TVs and really not a bad seat anywhere. They also have several large dining areas, so it would be a great spot for a big group or get-together. Great atmosphere, great food, and we’ll definitely be back!“

“We ordered the sweet and spicy wings, pretzel, Cajun chicken pasta, and the buffalo chicken wrap. Everything was okay. It’s something to come to chill, eat, and catch up with a friend. Nothing really stood out as super delicious. I might come back to try their burgers. The wing sauce was good, but the chicken itself was a bit overcooked. The pasta was really saucy (which was a bonus), but it lacked flavor. The pretzel was actually good! Super soft and I like that it had 2 sauces. The wrap could have been warmed on the outside and a better proportion of ingredients on the inside. Our server was nice!“

“I may be a little biased because I work here, but I genuinely love Big Boys! 😂 I even find myself spending some of my free time here when I’m OFF the clock, so that should tell you something.

The atmosphere is always a vibe, the people are great, and THE FOOD?! I eat here at least 3 times a week and have accepted that I will simply never unbig my back. 😂😭 It’s too good!

Whether I’m behind the bar working or just stopping by to eat, drink, and hang out, Big Boys has definitely become one of my favorite places. Good food, good drinks, good people, and good energy. ❤

“i drove to helen fitzgerald’s 4 hours from KC a few weeks ago with my friend to try some wings and listen to JAM (and you should, too). we did not realize that you had to be 21+ to enter the bar section for live music, and my friend was not 21 yet. the manager, Jason, was so kind to us and allowed us to stay and listen to Jackson and Mars for a while and keep our yearly tradition of seeing them! huge thank you to Jason and all of the staff for showing us kindness and great service. AND the wings were amazing (and the wing sauce was worth the drive alone). will also be coming back when we are in st. louis next!!“

“Older bar and grill with good food and plenty of space. Pool, gaming and Foosball on site. Friendly wait staff and our party of 7 was quickly seated. Several tvs with different games going on. Ceiling fans made it a little drafty so bring a coat or sweat shirt in case you get cool.“

Time between ordering & meal delivery was as expected considering the customer load on the kitchen, and our orders came out hot & well prepared with generous portions. My wife was very pleased with her Chicken Spiedini Sandwich & side of Shoestring Fries. My French Dip Sandwich was very good, with flavor enhanced by a subtle beer-based au jus, and my side Cup of Chili was spicy but still flavorful. We each had a half-sandwich to take home for that night's dinner at home, which is always a bonus feature for us. This was our 3rd lunch visit to Cugino's Craft Kitchen, and we will definitely return.“

“I was host to approximately 30 to 35 professional people for an evening. The food was unbelievably delicious; and Taylor attended to us flawlessly. She never missed a beat and got it all right. The atmosphere was great in spite of it being a memorial service. There was a second table almost as large as ours, and there was plenty of room to spare. I had shopped around a few places; none of them seemed compatible for my needs. Mitch was the mgr., and he was great as well. He had asked several times how everything was. “If you are looking for a bar/grill, a place to watch the games, and just hang out with your friends Truman's is the place for you. They have Keno, Pull tabs, Top Golf and a few other games. Me and my fiance are here all the time. Great atmosphere!“

“Probably the best tasting fried chicken in town, we have to stop by Fergie's every time we're in town. Their price point is still good, and you can order all dark or white meat for an extra price. The breading is very tasty and the meat is tender and moist.“

“Very good Taco Tuesday special. Place looked nice, definitely not dirty with newer furnishings. I could imagine that during an evening with music it might get crowded and look dirty. It was not crowded on a Tuesday lunch. I can recommend the taco special and tater tots and look forward to going back to try the Burger special.“

“Growing up in Florissant. Mattingly's is a well-known place; we have had many Hazelwood Central get-togethers. Always have a great time. I have also been in the restaurant business myself as a server, bartender, and owner. The staff at Mattingly's have been A+. We had the big combo appetizers and pizza, plus a round of cold beers. Mattingly's was even talked about, both the one in St. Peters, MO, and we sometimes go to the one in Florissant.“
