Never a dull moment at the grizzly bear.“

“The meals and service at Frankie Gs are always top notch and today was no exception. Me friend ordered the reuben sandwich and commented how good the marbled rye bread was as well as the flavor of the corned beef. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and asked the kitchen to add jalapenos. The wrap came out as ordered and was delicious. One negative: It was a cold day and supplies were being delivered through the back door. Everytime the back door opened freezing air blasted into the dining area. It might be helpful to put an intermediate door on the back hallway that could be closed during deliveries.“

“Ate at Cafe Smoke Shack recently. The food was fantastic. Service was excellent and our waiter was very attentive. Giant portions, well prepared & we were all extremely pleased with our meal. "Stan, Matt & Marlowe were charming and cordial to all. The owner (Matt/Chef) is one of the nicest and most hospitable folks you'll ever want to meet. Truly cares about his customers. Stay clear of Bill... Why you ask? He was a smug, rude & a disingenuous individual. Brought in six (6) people & spent over $300.00 with no other customers dining that day. He acted like he did us a favor. All of the other employees were wonderful.“

“We are at Bar Down multiple times a week. The atmosphere is on point for a hockey bar, the staff is always friendly, and the food and drinks are delicious. I have also worked with Bar Down to host a corporate meeting. Easy to work with, tv/projector hook ups, and great food options.“

“I have been messaging back and forth with the owner for over a month to plan my daughters graduation party. We did a Sunday, so we had the entire place for just our private event. There was a heat index of 118+ that day so the AC had some trouble keeping up and I do know other restaurants in the area had to close down because of AC issues. Even with all that, the team had reached out to an HVAC company right away. The amazing staff immediately brought out large fans and had ice waters poured and ready to go for when guests arrived. Patti, Amy, and Parker all asked me several times if they could help me set up my own decorations- the restaurant itself already was set up for my party and looked amazing. There was excellent communication throughout the event. The food was delicious, and the service was top notch. Most of all, my daughter loved it. We come in about 2X a month usually so I was comfortable hosting the party here. I am glad I did. We will definitely do this again for other events. Huge thanks to Amy, Patti, Parker, and Colleen! Also worth noting, for a catered event, the price was extremely fair! Sorry no pics of the food...but the sandwiches, pretzels, wings especially, T Ravs, and salad were ALL delicious!“

“i drove to helen fitzgerald’s 4 hours from KC a few weeks ago with my friend to try some wings and listen to JAM (and you should, too). we did not realize that you had to be 21+ to enter the bar section for live music, and my friend was not 21 yet. the manager, Jason, was so kind to us and allowed us to stay and listen to Jackson and Mars for a while and keep our yearly tradition of seeing them! huge thank you to Jason and all of the staff for showing us kindness and great service. AND the wings were amazing (and the wing sauce was worth the drive alone). will also be coming back when we are in st. louis next!!“

“I drive past this place a lot and never paid it any attention. My friend and I wanted some frozen drinks and food. When I say this place was a pleasant surprise. From the security to the ladies working at the bar we felt cared for. Even the other patrons were really nice. You can tell they are regulars there and we enjoyed that. The drinks were A1 in taste and buzz level. The only “issue” I had was the menu I read about online wasn’t as extensive. I had my heart set on something I didn’t see in person but that’s not a dealbreaker. They will see us again.“

“Stayed in Air BnB across the street awhile back for the wwe Royal Rumble. My brother and I ate here everyday, drank here at night. Laid back atmosphere. I wanted to purchase a shirt and they didn’t have my size, owner went out of his way to go dig and find me one. 10/10 recommend.“

“A very good selecction of food and drinks. Their Taco Salad is the best I've ever had, hands down. I went with friends. Great for all crowd sizes. They have a bar their and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We ate indoors with table service, they do have a QR code for ordering too. Our sodas were never empty. You can purchase for takeout too. Service was exemplary. Parking is hard, just give yourself a little extra time for that. I plan on going back soon and trying other items.“

“I was host to approximately 30 to 35 professional people for an evening. The food was unbelievably delicious; and Taylor attended to us flawlessly. She never missed a beat and got it all right. The atmosphere was great in spite of it being a memorial service. There was a second table almost as large as ours, and there was plenty of room to spare. I had shopped around a few places; none of them seemed compatible for my needs. Mitch was the mgr., and he was great as well. He had asked several times how everything was. I had visited the place once more by myself before my return trip home. Great place, great atmosphere, great food, and great service. If you get the chance, go!!“

“I knew the owners of this place. Rose and Tony. My grandma took me down there when I was two. She ran a run down apt complex right next to there. I can’t believe it is still there. Rose and Tony would come to my house for holidays. I will be visiting there soon. It was a nice little dive bar the last time I was there. I worked at the west and cafe. I think rose and Tony were still alive at that point. Like 30 years ago. Love them and I loved this little bar.“

My wife and I bought all inclusive tickets for the Bud deck. They were accidentally listed for sale during a 4hr window and the deck was actually closed for a private event.

This place went above and beyond for us. I wasn’t mad. I knew I’d at least be refunded. They went to the moon and back to apologize for the mistake and made us whole 5x over. I go to a lot of games, but don’t regularly pre-game here. Well that’s going to change. I’m coming here every game. Special shout out to the guest services manager and the bar manger. They made us feel special and that our business actually meant something to them.

You do NOT get this service anymore. Phenomenal people. I’m coming all summer long and I’m a patron for life. The two women who helped us were top notch. Bud deck guest manager and main floor bar manager. I don’t know their names, but they’re the best of the best in the industry.

“Maggie O’Brien’s is a real gem. From the moment we walked in, the staff made our family feel welcome with genuine smiles and helpful suggestions. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to accommodate our kids by offering high chairs, smaller portions, and menu ideas that kept everyone happy. The food was delicious, so yummy. The kids loved their meals and they even made naked wings for my daughter, a suggestion from our server when she said she didn’t like sauces, even offered to get her something different if she didn’t like them. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, exactly what you want for a family meal. Maggie’s has great service, tasty food, and a truly family-friendly team.“

“One of the weirdest hockey rings I've ever been to. Inline hockey on one side and ice hockey on the other and then there's basically a rundown mall right through the center... When it said All American sports Mall I didn't expect it to actually be a mall! There's like six or seven stores that were looked like they have been closed down for a long time. Ice was in great shape though that's why they get four stars. I do like the viewing area from the top It was a different experience than I'm used to.“

“I love the crowd and music but the customer service of the bartenders is straight trash. They literally partying with customers while others are waiting to be served. They must be related to the owners because they don’t mind huffing and puffing with nasty attitudes. Only complaint is get better bartenders with sales experience and customer service.“

“Would definitely recommend! In St. Louis, near the arch, had a toddler with us. After being spoken to rather rudely by a different brewery/bar (had made a reservation error for same brewery, different location that the brewery was very unhappy with and wouldn’t seat everyone even though NOT crowded) and going to another restaurant that wouldn’t accommodate a toddler (‘we only have high seats’) when it was not crowded either, we went to The Pitch. It was AWESOME! Great tasting salads and burgers! No overwhelming noise! Very courteous people there! Was so good our daughter went back for the next day lunch with colleagues and we went again for supper that evening! Burgers sooo good! Desserts sooo good! They even showed the launching of Artemus for everyone to see! We found a gem that day!“
