“Been going to Franchise for a long time! Can't beat the weekly specials! The food has always been good. Atmosphere is always great and I enjoy taking my daughter for dinner especially if there is a cardinals or Blues game on. Service can be hit or miss especially during the busy times which I understand that. If I go for pizza on Mondays I try to beat the 5:30 rush and the same goes for the wing special on Wednesday. It can get packed in a hurry but totally worth it!“
“We had an impromptu family dinner, and we have a large, very close family and growing. We were Sat pretty quickly with it being a Friday night. Our waitress was new. Which I've been there, you eventually have to take that first big table. Had a few minor issues but all in all, it was great!“
“We had a 5 star expense at Bluff City Grill. The food was excellent. We had 6 in our party and everyone thought what they ordered was very, very good. The salads were fresh and well prepared. Sandwiches were also great. Two of us got the wings and they were perfectly cooked, crispy and delicious. They have a large variety of sides including three different vegetables.The service was outstanding friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to go back.“

“We were driving around downtown Alton with our moms and stopped in for a drink—what a spot! The inside of the bar has all the things—huge and beautiful wood bar, tables aplenty, TVs playing all the sports all games, slots, and the best part of all: Ricky the bartender, who welcomes everyone regardless of who they are with a warm smile and story after story to make you feel like you are at home. This chance encounter ended up being a highlight of our weekend trip to Grafton. Definitely check this bar out; you’ll be glad you did!“
“This is a must go to spot!! Beers are reasonable! Food is delicious and reasonably priced! There is a large outdoor spot with a bar and stage for live music! Staff is friendly! Inside and outside seating! Just overall, a great spot along highway 94 when you cut from Alton, Illinois to Saint Charles, MO!!
