“This is your typical chain sports bar with a large variety of dishes. Our server Letty was very gracious and friendly. She was prompt with drinks and always had great timing without being clingy. She went out of her wait to take good care of us when we moved to the pool tables to play some games. The manager I have no idea who she was is severely lacking leadership training and berated our server in front of us. Letty had done nothing more than to try and make it possible for us to watch the hockey game on a nearby TV.“

“Loved it! One of the best bbq spots I've been to out here in IL so far! Ordered the smoked sausage, pulled pork, and chicken tenders, and eveyrhting came out so tender and flavorful. Sides were great as well! I would say the Mac and green beans are definitely worth it!“

“Visited the Ofallon Illinois location. Great service and very friendly staff. Family ate the tailgate sampler and I did the Blazin Wing Challenge. Blazin challenge is not for the faint of heart. 10 bone in wings spin in the hottest sauce bww has. Have to eat in 5mins only using your mouth.“
“Had my wedding shower at the tow bar and it turned out awesome! Everyone had a great time and Jay made sure everything was perfect for our guest! Highly recommend!!!“

“If you have to remake the entries, remake the entire order. Speding the last 10 minutes microwaving food that I just picked up from a restaurant is wild. Also gave me a soda that had been sitting there melting for 30 minutes while they remade my entrees.“

“Hosted a party and it was so fun. The food was amazing. Especially the chicken wings. Jeff and Christy are very accommodating. Tara is a great bartender. Highly recommend this venue“
“My son and I frequent Creekside The Bartender TAREN is fabulous she’s prompt. She’s friendly knowledgeable and she’s on top of it. You’re always so happy when she’s bartending when we go in if you have not been to Creekside yet you need to go especially when TAREN is working because she is Amazing“
“Wife and I stopped by while doing our own little bar hop visiting Belleville. First 2 places we visited we weren't impressed with. Saw Demos while looking for other options. Walked in and immediately felt a very welcoming vibe! The bartender (Sam) was great, and she overheard we were hungry for a pizza. She came over and gave us several recommendations, and we ended up going with her personal favorite (Bennie's). Sam, it was really good!!! Thanks for helping out a couple of strangers!! We will be back!!“

“I do not recommend this place the first girl that waited on us today was nice. She was great asked us after 3 if she could check us out cause another girl was coming in we said yes. The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. That girl walked by us 3 times didn’t wait on us and threw her hair around like she didn’t give 2 shits.“

“Our monthly guy & gal get together was at Sybergs and more people arrived than expected. YEP, we always ask that everyone RSVP so we can make reservations. Anyway the staff was great and managed to get everyone seated at two tables for lunch and everyone seemed to enjoy one another company & we must've all enjoyed meals, I did, cuz there were no complaints. Too many orders to say who ordered what. We were all seated comfortably, Even late arrival. These were former Classmates & we didn't all go to same University but we stay in touch. Our Waiter was Charming with an A+ Customer Service attitude, as was the Hostess who seated us. There are alcoholic beverages available & TVs with sports programming all over the place. Great place to dine, plus it's spacious whether it's a group or individuals stopping by for sports updates & a drink or just a Coke and a Smile 😀 They are an Amiable Group. Even as we were leaving we were asked how was the service.“
