Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is a typical chain sports bar with a large variety of dishes. The cheese sticks thing is always amazing and the rattlesnake pasta is always great, offering a perfect amount of heat. Drinks, chicken, pizza, and toasted ravioli are nice and fresh. Service is great, with servers who are gracious, friendly, and prompt. One bartender named Maria created exactly what was asked for, and another bartender with a tree tattoo was kind about helping charge a phone. The atmosphere can be chill and calm, perfect for playing darts and pool. However, a big party once took over the darts area, and the restaurant can appear short staffed, leading to longer wait times. One manager was noted as lacking leadership and berated a server in front of guests. All around, it is a great place to eat, have a drink, and watch sports.
