“Working and staying very locally, over from the uk for 10 days,Very much a local hang out felling here, staff seem to know all the people that come in (which is a great thing).Staff are friendly and seem up for a bit of banta.Kitchen was closed when we turned up but that still threw on a pizza for us, which was very much appreciated.I’m sure we’ll return many times during our visit over in the US.Seen a few reviews moaning about the ladies chatting with the people at the bar!! “I had a small mistake with my order so I called in and let them know and the manager Alex spoke with me and apologized about it and gave sis more then made it right , Alex has some of the best customer service skills I have cake across in awhile and the food is always perfectly cooked and not a long wait for it if you dash out like I do fresh off work big shout out to Alex and his team at the apple bees in st Charles right off 70 and across from wal mart ! “I come here about once a week and my food is always hot and fresh. I usually sit at the bar and the servers/bartender are friendly and attentive to my needs. Their wings and mozzarella sticks are awesome but I tend to go back to their whiskey ribs since they're the best thing on their menu.“

“Best experience we’ve had at BBW. We sat outside for the first time and usually any other restaurant when we sit outside they tend to forget about us, but Brooklyn did not do that. She attended to us magnifically and vibed with the whole table of girls I had. They mentioned how amazing she was.“

“We had a group of 25ish & the service was spectacular! Orders were taken quickly, drinks were re-filled all night, & the food was served hot. There were 4 or 5 staffers rotating to take care of us so well. Dirty dishes were moved right away, and there were so many smiles from the staff. Maybe our best visit to an Applebee's ever. We'll definitely be back to this Applebee's! So impressive!“

“We have been to Lester’s many times and have always enjoyed then ran into this one issue. We, party of 4, went on a Friday afternoon for happy hour at 4:45pm and all the tables in the bar area were ‘reserved’. Happy hour is not available in the dining room even when we pointed out the all the tables were reserved but no one was sitting at them. Did not order drinks and when we left at 5:45pm the reserved tables were still empty. We feel if the tables in the bar are reserved they should honor happy hour in the dining room.“

“I went here to eat dinner real quick after a haircut. I went up to the bar and was quickly greeted, served a beer and asked if I needed a menu. The bartender was very efficient, even able to pour beers with one hand while grabbing bottled beers with the other. I ordered the beer cheese steak which was great. Their fries and ranch are very good as well. The beer cheese is added on top of their original cheese steak. I think I'd prefer the beer cheese alone mixed in with the steak but was nonetheless very good. The atmosphere was your typical bar, I didn't personally find anything too special about that. I did notice a sign on the wall for $2.50 bud selects after 10:00 PM I think that's a great deal for late night dwellers.“

“I had lunch at Halftime yesterday and the food was wonderful. The special of the day was a Smashburger, homemade chips and a salad. I also shared some southwest chicken rolls as an appetizer. The southwest chicken rolls are always great, but I really loved the Smashburger and homemade chips. The chips had a really tasty seasoning on them. Apparently, this meal was a special only and not on the everyday menu, but it should be. Everything was delicious and our server was great.“

Food service was a bit slow but under the circumstances, I was pleased I got what I ordered and it was hot. The band was fun and encountered a welcoming atmosphere. Pizza second night cheeseburger first night and fries both nights well worth it an Rita the night bar tender Is friendly and gunny to talk with. the afternoon shift was also there to start and the boss and early bartender was also great. And the cook did a fantastic job. Thank you for ending the day with great food, drinks and company. Makes working and being away from home easier.“

“I ordered thru EZ Cater for an event A variety of sandwiches and Greek Salad. Great options, super friendly staff and the owner even delivered!! I wasn’t sure I had ordered enough salad and he assured me it would blow up and be plenty! It was just the right amount and everyone loved it!“

“Great food! Good variety! Excellent BBQ items. Had BBQ pork steak, BBQ pulled pork platter, BBQ turkey platter. All were great! Side potato salad, mustard base, is also excellent. Server was friendly and patient. She did a good job! Food came out quickly and hot. Restaurant is a bit dark but everything else was great. Good food at fair prices.

“We're always looking for someplace new, and locally owned, to have a late lunch. We were nearby, so it came up on a Google search. The people, including the owner, were very nice and accommodating. We will probably go back, but it would be a sure thing if the smell of smoke wasn't so heavy, even though there were no smokers present. Once they opened the door, it was better, but they could use more ventilation. That being said, the food was awesome and very reasonably priced.“

Drove on out to St. Charles after calling to make sure they were open.
They took good care of us with the usual great food and service. They said the Florissant stores owners retired. A note on the door for your faithful patrons would of been nice….

“Amazing location love the cool bartenders and they have great conversation skills and the beer is always cold. They have great shot specials at night and really fun atmosphere all the servers are friendly and sweet. Please be aware here if you open a card up, their system works in such a manner that it does double authorization so for example, if you purchase a beer you’ll be charged for $7.95 and then if you purchase a pizza they’ll charge an additional $20 And then when you go to check out, they’ll charge an additional $39. I would highly suggest using cash here since their spot on system seems to be not spot on.“

“I love this bar. The daytime bartender Kimmie is one of my most favorite people in the world. She works hard to take great care of us, and is always a wonderful friend to everyone.
