“The wait was too long. So we ordered for pickup. Placed the order online. Guy said the order was checked twice, should have checked it myself, but was in a hurry. Got back to the hotel, half of the order was wrong. Went back to the restaurant. Manager James Z was the man..he fixed it, let me keep the ones that were wrong and through in a brownie and offered me a free drink. Super nice guy. All was made right and then some.“

She also noticed the plants in my car and we ended up having a quick conversation about them. It turns out we are both plant moms, which was a fun and unexpected moment that made the stop even more memorable.
