“I almost gave it a 3-star. Because of the lack of drivers your food is late and sometimes cold. However, my order is right. The best thing about it is this store rewards you with a free pie or 50% off your entire next order. Also, I had a not-so-good experience with one driver on Sunday. My credit card was charged an extra $5. I didn't understand why. I called about the extra charge. I found out that someone put a tip on my receipt. The manager returned the money. If you can go pick up your order it would be best. IJS“
“They had to send my order via Doordash (which i didn't know at the time i called)due to staffing issues and unfortunately the driver dropped the pizza. I called up there just to let them know and the manager immediately said that he would send out another one.“
“Spicy chicken sandwich is the best !! Haven’t had one better than at this location. Line always fast and food is always hot . Customer service is always basic but gets the job done & the atmosphere is a little rancid but if you go through the drive through you don’t feel it . “Last night , I spent hours searching for the best restaurants in St Louis and I stumbled upon this one. The reviews were amazing and let me tell you, the reviews were correct. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We tried the bulgogi and rice bowl, the charred wings, and cheese fries. We also tried a peach shot, they didn’t taste strong but the results were. I normally don’t visit a restaurant more than once but I’ll be a repeat customer anytime that I’m in town. I also loved the customer service. The woman taking my order was very cheery and made me feel welcomed. Many of the customers are repeat customers that were also talkative and welcoming. I’ve been to hundreds of restaurants and this one is definitely in my top 5.“
“Turkey ribs were awesome. First time having them, great with sauce or without. Smoke was excellent. Potato salad was like my grandmas. I didn’t get the turkey tips because they were out, I assume that means those are good too. This is a humble smokehouse with good people. Highly recommend.“
“First time eating here the food was pretty good wanted to dine in but the area was too small for us with the traffic coming in and out the only thing I didn't like about my food was I didn't see my cheese on my fries n my guy egg roll wasn't crispy but overall the service was great the lady was very polite and the cool aide was on point we will be coming back“
“Just went to Chuck's on South Kingshighway (old Courtesy Diner) near Tower Grove Park. So glad they are there. What great food and service. Had 3pc tenders (Level 3) and Chicken Sandwich (Level 2). Both were great; good flavor, crunchy breading, and juicy. I prefer my chicken on the spicier side, so I'd go with Level 3 from now on. Pickles added great flavor and crunch. They have other higher levels of heat, as well as a Zero Level for those that just want great fried chicken. Also had the seasoned fries, which were hot and crispy; green beans (very good and typical southern style with bacon and onions); and slaw which we also really enjoyed. Finally the service was fast and very customer friendly. I recommend giving it a try and I'll definitely be back.“
