I ordered a 16 piece family meal (about $56.00) for a get together today. Placed the order online and went to pick the order up about 10 minutes after they said the order would be ready. After waiting in the store about an additional 20 minutes I finally got my meal and left. After I got home and opened the food, they had only given us 13 of the 16 pieces of chicken. Always have to wait an astronomical amount of time. No one is ever nice for the time u spend there. Braids flying all over and no hats or hairnets to control it. I love Popeyes but it's a struggle...

Tonight was the worst,I ordered chicken tenders,12 piece wings and 2 plain wings because said I couldn't put 2 wings plain,and 10 being sweet and spicy., said there also be await for the wings just started cooking To pull around where doors are.i seen other vehicles pull behind me waiting,tell me why they all got there food and I was still waiting,like an hour.then The tenders wasn't even crunchy!
