I ordered a sandwich combo plus a biscuit, first they failed to give me a drink, then counted the cheaper biscuit as the side, so I had to pay extra for a pricier side.Edit: i told them to remove the pickles and guess what I saw when I pulled out the sandwich? PICKLES! Worst service in my life.

When did Popeye’s stop caring about the quality of their food? I mean why cook food early and leave on hold for hours and sell it? Why am I always missing something from my order? Why is the food a hit or miss on consistency and warmth? What are the supervisor’s thoughts on this? Who is the GM and why is this ok? I know as hard working employees the crew understand the value in the customer’s dollars and that we all are in a deficit! So to choose to come to your company and spend money is a responsibility on those who are hired to make sure our time and money are appreciated. I would NEVER give this restaurant another dollar. I never know what I will receive when I open the box to feed my family.

This Popeyes location is garbage. One of the worst I've ever been to in the country.The gal working the front counter obviously hates her job and takes it out on the customers. She has absolutely zero customer service skills and is extremely rude when talking with customers.If I was her manager she wouldn't make it through the end of the day. Totally unacceptable attitude. If she doesn't like her job then she can go somewhere else. No one's forcing her to work there.The lobby was destroyed. They didn't have any items available for customers such as straws or napkins. The tables were disgusting. Nothing was cleaned off.The soda machine barely works. Food had obviously been sitting in a warmer and was not fresh.I was traveling through but I will never stop at this location again. In my opinion, it should be closed immediately or a new staff needs to be hired. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.If I could give it less than one star I would!!!

Always out of legs!! Almost every single time I come to this location, they never have legs ready. Also, not the most friendly staff. The women mostly look and sound irritated when they are taking your order. Also, out of cocktail sause as well. Just sucks going there for certain things and not being able to get what I go there for and it happening almost every time
I ordered a 16 piece family meal (about $56.00) for a get together today. Placed the order online and went to pick the order up about 10 minutes after they said the order would be ready. After waiting in the store about an additional 20 minutes I finally got my meal and left. After I got home and opened the food, they had only given us 13 of the 16 pieces of chicken. We got half and half spicy and regular, half of the chicken was literally burnt ( black). Ordered the chicken sandwich with cheese (no cheese) and almost no sauce on it. I immediately called the store to voice my concerns, to which no one ever answered the phone. I got back out and went to return the food to the store. The food and the service were extremely lacking and then had to find out that when placing orders online now, all customer service concerns have to be addressed online. Was informed there was a 24 to 48 hour wait to hear back from customer service.

11/27 around 8pm, order the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was soggy and distasteful. Plus I order three wings and they were cold. Came back 3-10-2024 they're so disrespectful Kim and Perry give Popeyes a bad name, they need to find new employment. I'll never go there
