The service was good and the food looked great however, once I cut into my pancakes, unfortunately I found a very long strand of hair in my food. I was so hungry but of course I lost my appetite afterwards. Sometimes things like this happens. I won't say that I won't go back but I definitely pay attention to food when I'm eating anyhow. Staff was pretty nice and was aware of the strand of hair also.
I came in this morning for breakfast and was helped by Echo. I hope I am getting her name right. She was friendly and so hard working. The food was excellent. This was my first breakfast being back in the states after 3 years of living abroad and everything about it was perfect. I got the spicy poblano omelette with hashbrowns. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Echo was the only server, it was very early, but she was so fast and attentive and friendly to everyone who was there.

This morning I witnessed what seemed to be a manager berate their employee who was currently handling the hostess position for making an extra to go coffee to avoid accidentally handing the customer the wrong cup bc it wasn’t labeled.
