This morning I witnessed what seemed to be a manager berate their employee who was currently handling the hostess position for making an extra to go coffee to avoid accidentally handing the customer the wrong cup bc it wasn’t labeled. I want this manager to be aware that customers don’t appreciate listening to you berate your employees especially when the hostess did the correct thing in that situation to insure the customer got what they ordered. You clearly do not have the temperament required for the position you’re in. Check your attitude, treat your employees with kindness, and understand that mistakes do happen even if that is NOT what happened here this morning. It was extremely excessive and downright MEAN. Leave the nice tall blonde lady alone because she did a great job handling someone else’s mistake.
