At 940pm on a Saturday we were told they were only accepting doordash or mobile orders. So we were not able to order food in the drive throufh. No wonder so many jack n the boxes go out of

I've actually never even eaten at this store.. but someone was able to use my bank card info and order food from here and another location near by and I have been trying to call this location and another location. According to a Melissa I spoke with at a near by location she said I could respond to the transaction emails I received but it says no reply on both emails.. I'm actually located in San Antonio Texas and no where near Missouri... I just want my money back from these...read full review
