I've actually never even eaten at this store.. but someone was able to use my bank card info and order food from here and another location near by and I have been trying to call this location and another location. According to a Melissa I spoke with at a near by location she said I could respond to the transaction emails I received but it says no reply on both emails.. I'm actually located in San Antonio Texas and no where near Missouri... I just want my money back from these transactions that took place.. its so hard to actually get a hold of someone for Jack in the box.. and I'm very frustrated I had to cancel my bank card because of this

I tried their famous tacos, and they were surprisingly tasty, with crispy shells and flavorful fillings. The curly fries were also a hit, perfectly seasoned and addictively crunchy. At 940pm on a Saturday we were told they were only accepting doordash or mobile orders. So we were not able to order food in the drive throufh. No wonder so many jack n the boxes go out of

No one in line in drive thru ordered 2 tacos and 4 nugs. Paid. 10 mins later they opened window up told me to pull around 20 mins after that no food still. Went back in asked for a refund and had to fight to get that. At least 7-8 employees working. Worst experience in drive thru in 40

Slooooowww! Out of several items. I was trying to figure out why they weren’t coming to the window to accept the payment, but they decided to do shift change. Didn’t tell me, just let me sit there. Only 2 customers…waited forever! This location should close and allow a new business to join the area.
I have always enjoyed eating at jack in the box.ever.since I can remember the workers are always nice and polite and the food is always good u have THE best egg rolls ever even better than any Chinese place I've been to.there awesome..sure do miss those potatoe wedges they were always good for breakfast and I really really really miss the jack in the box on natural bridge and brown road they closed last year .heck I could walk there.we ate there weekley.now I have to drive further and dont go as much but keep up the good work and God bless

Rude and order was wrong completely! This is a problem in many many fast food restaurants and Saint Louis these kids have no manners and don't know how to deal with customers appropriately,They act as I'm the one that's making them work at whatever fast food place they're working at. Everybody's so damn lazy and don't know how to deal with people and then they're mad because of the situation they're living in. over our rude and pushy but not recommend

This was the worst meal ever. My tacos have old lettuce on them. And my curly fries are undercooked. My sodas weren't even filled all the way to the top. I will not be returning to this location. I never have problems with Washington and Elizabeth location.
