“This is my overall favorite place for coffee in St. Louis. Every cafe has their strengths but this one makes for my overall top rated cafe. Quality service, food, beans, and creativity on their menu all at a good price. Their bottomless drip is just a dollar more than their large, which is very good value!“
“Creative, delicious pizzas - both vegan and dairy options. The crust is perfection!!There is no access to the indoors but it's the perfect spot for takeaway or to eat in the fun outdoor picnic area around the corner.Dietary restrictions: Many delicious vegan options“
“we came for brunch from out of town. I made a reservation and I definitely recommend doing so, I'm vegan and my guest is omi but both of us loved the meal. I had a delicious latte and the chorizo dish while my guest had the big breakfast. The service was great and everything was wonderful about our meal. Definitely want to return and try dinner!“
“The owner Jason is one of the most genuine people I've ever encountered and seems like he whole heartedly cares for his customers health and wellbeing. A visit to The Energy Hub is always a positive charge to anyones vibe cuz "good energy=good blessings"(Jason/energy hub owner)Vegetarian options: Unique dietary options genuinely helpful and health minded management and easy right off the highway location“
“Great Service and Food at Frida'sWe had a really good time at Frida's, and a lot of it was because of our waitress, Elyse. She was super friendly and really knew her stuff. She told us to try the fish sandwich with striped bass, and wow, she was right. It was amazing. The fish itself was cooked just right, and it came with this tasty Cajun slaw and remoulade sauce that made it even better. It's like Elyse knew exactly what we'd enjoy. Eating that sandwich was the best part of our meal.Having Elyse help us out made our lunch way more enjoyable. She was more than just someone bringing us our food; she made our whole lunch better with her great recommendation. We can't wait to go back to Frida's and hopefully get some more great suggestions from Elyse.“
“Stopped in for a night cap after catching a comedy show across the street. What a cool space! Dining areas had beautiful place settings, there was balcony seating also. We sat at the bar, was welcomed right away and offered food. Bartender was so friendly and helpful with the menu. Poured great drinks also. This sits on the corner and has really good curb appeal.“
“Love love love this place! It is a vegetarian cafe that offers food and coffee, smoothies and teas. I had the cinnamon brûlée and the avocado toast with egg and the hubs had the egg cheese biscuit with the regular latte. We were both very pleased with our taster choices. This is definitely our go to when passing by.“
“Despite having a bunch of issues with ordering and pickup, it was worth it! The food and the customer service were both fantastic, and we went back a few days later! We had a vegan friend in town, and have been meaning to try Bougie Bites forever, so we finally did!I think we ordered right after they opened, and it happened to be an off night. My husband stood around waiting for our food for almost half an hour (while I sat in the car with a screaming toddler), and we tried calling and texting several different numbers we found listed, before someone finally came up and got us our food.We finally got home, and the food was amazing! Egg rolls were delicious, and so were the burgers! Toddler wasn't crazy about the chicken tenders, but our vegan friend ended up finishing them off for her! While we were eating, we were very surprised when my husband got a phone call from the owner (I think?), who saw our text and wanted to make sure we got our food. He explained what happened (and said we were still very happy with the food) and they apologized. And then in another surprise, we got a notification later that night that the charges on our card had been refunded!I didn't end up eating my Ouuwee burger until the next day, but it was still fantastic! And my toddler was still asking for more of the fries weeks later! Our friend went back a few days later, and didn't run into any issues, so I think we just happened to catch them on an off day (we all have them!).The only thing we weren't crazy about was the fries. They weren't bad, just not what we were expecting -- crunchy, but also a little doughy/starchy and vaguely sweet, rather than being salty. My husband wasn't a big fan, I thought they were okay, and the toddler loved them!(Oh, and the burgers were so good, my husband who's supposed to limit gluten totally forgot that he shouldn't have eaten the bun until he was finished!)We're a family of omnivores, but like to go vegan when we find tasty options, and we'll definitely be back! (Also GF bun options would be an AMAZING addition to the menu, and would put this at the top of our go-to list!)Vegetarian options: All items are vegan (and amazing!)“
“I doubted I would get enough for breakfast, but I was wrong. I ordered a breakfast bowl with eggs, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, spinach, and avocado. It was delicious and filled me up. We ate inside and got refills on the brewed coffee. All the staff had great attitudes and answered our questions.Everyone in my family liked their baked goods. They had many choices of brewed coffee and expresso-based coffees. The service was not slow even though many people were coming in.“
“A great restaurant nestled in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The food was very good (with local recommendations, I didn't pick the most flavorful items). We received a good amount of food for not a bad price. Apparently this is a very popular spot for takeout on lunch breaks.Vegetarian options: Lots of customizability for vegetarians and labeled vegetarian/vegan options“
