Did a flight of 6 spirits, 5 whiskey/bourbons and 1 apple brandy, and every single one of them just as good as the next. Loved the theme of the place, all the bottles on the wall are very interesting.
We did the distillery tour and tasting as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. It was wonderful! The history of the company was interesting and we really enjoyed the tasting (I especially liked the two different types of gins). We certainly hope to return for some cocktails on a Friday afternoon.

This was a wonderful experience. We did the tour and the science and logistics of making bourbon, whiskey, and other hard liquors was eye opening and fun.Andrew was a great oral story teller who made us feel as though we were immersed in the bourdon world. We loved the local feel that 630 StilL provided and the community feel that we left with understanding the mechanics and heart that goes into the barrels.10/10!
