“The food and service really are excellent. Finally made it here after years of meaning to go. Went with another couple, split two bottles of wine, and our server was so excited at our selections (a Vietti white and red) that he also gave us complimentary tastes of another wine we asked about as well as some peaches and cheese to pair with the white wines. We shared appetizers with our friends - eggplant dip and fried cauliflower- and we all tried each other’s entrees. I don’t think you can go wrong here but again the service is amazing. We felt like we were old friends and valued regulars instead of first time guests.

“The Crossing Restaurant did a remarkable job the other evening when we dined there. We had impeccable service and outstanding food. I loved being able to do the four course meal with some of the specials. It was wonderful to see the dining room full in this well-established restaurant in the heart of Clayton. I remember being wowwed when I first dined at The Crossing 25 years ago and it is still just as fabulous! We cannot wait to return.“

This place is just the best. If you live nearby, take a walk for dinner on the patio when it's nice out. Or have a cozy meal inside to get away from worse weather. I order takeout a lot too and it's easy to pick up.“

“Stopped in after 2hr flight. The ambiance was very nice. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with house chips, sandwich was 4star the house made chips were more like kettle cooked chips they were overcooked nearly to a crisp, I advised the waitress who had them replaced with fries that were much better. I’d suggest changing the cooking oil more frequently.“

“Absolutely love this Ristorante. We ordered the risotto balls as an appetizer and I ordered the the Funghi Tagliatelle and my husband ordered the Canestre Cacio e Pepe. We ordered Gelato for dessert Straciatella and Chocolate. The service was excellent and all in all amazing !! 🙂💖“

“Eating here is a must if you visit St Louis. My boyfriend and I went two days in a row. The service was amazing, the sushi is very high quality, it comes out quickly, and the cheesecake tempura is divine. 10/10“

“I had a bunch of other things on my mind when I stopped in with the wife for lunch. Consequently, my photo game is weak on this one. This may be more of a 3.5 than a 4-star but I'll round up based on service.

Chicken satay was a miss.

L1 (can't believe I didn't get a pic) for lunch. The dish was the lunch portion of pad ga paow. It's on the menu as a spicy dish. I was asked how spicy and said 'medium plus a little' and loved the amount of heat.

Tofu didn't overpower the dish and I appreciated the smaller bite size. Carrots brought some sweetness to the dish. Green peppers were most left on the plate. Green beans added a little crunch. White rice cut the heat a little and the dish came together in a great way. I walked in looking for something I haven't tried and this dish answered the mail. Really good!

The sauce was the boss!

They ran out of lemons for the drinking water and solved that with a little container of lemon juice.“
