“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shack's Breakfast & Lunch and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that our dining experience was top-notch. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate special requests truly stood out.The food at Shack's was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of breakfast and lunch options to choose from. The portions were generous and the dishes were well-prepared. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall charm of the restaurant.However, I would rate Shack's Breakfast & Lunch a 4.5 stars because I found the water served to be a bit interesting. It had a different taste than what I was used to, which was a minor drawback for me. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Shack's for a tasty meal and excellent service. I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu offerings in the future.“

“The food was good and it was packed in the restaurant ? but my waitress gave my husband the wrong to go food and she left out all of our sauces for our donuts and our bread so I called and the manager Ryan gave us a new dinner for my husband and another order of donuts and I thought that was very nice even though I had to drive back to the restaurant but it was all good“

“Sugos is my favorite Italian restaurant in Saint Louis. The food is authentic, fresh, and amazing. They have rotating specials every night including salads with in season vegetables and seafood. Their service team is outstanding and their drink menu is always updating with imported wines and seasonal cocktails.“

My friend and I decided last minute to try the restaurant out because I had read about it on line. When we arrived, we were informed that there would be a wait. I asked about seating at the bar because most places it is open seating. Let me tell you the host was so condescending that it was uncomfortable. There is no waiting area and he acted alarmed that I was going to approach the bar to get a glass of wine. He then informed us it was a 2 hour wait. After driving around forever trying to find a place to park and having much anticipation of trying Sado we just left. I rarely leave a bad review anywhere but I realize this place is new and hope they work on their customer service. I am sure the food will be amazing“

“1st time at the restaurant. Calamari and and Mussels were great. Your Veal Parmesan was awesome. My wife had the Bolognese and did not like the sweetness of it. I asked her to send it back but she declined. Outside of that it was a nice experience.“

“Ate at this restaurant for a celebratory meal. Absolutely amazing. Although this was several months ago. I still feel like this was one of my top 3 dinner experiences ever! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly and friendly service. We went all out! The chicken was to die for! “This place is amazing! I love soup dumplings and Tiger Soup Dumplings is a great restaurant to try them. The traditional steamed pork dumplings are my favorite with their rich flavor. “Wow! Just wow!!! I'd never had Balkan food before a friend recommended the Balkan Treat Box. I'm so glad they did. I had the Balik Ekmek (#6) which is grilled fish in their Somun (a type of flat bread). The fish of the day was Mahi Mahi which was fantastic, but the Somun made in their oven, pictured below, was equally impressive. I'd been torn between ordering the Balik Ekmek and a special spicy chicken Doner (#3) they had that day. I so enjoyed the Ekmek that I had to order the Doner to try it too. It was really good as well with nice heat from the spice. Be prepared to wait in line, but definitely make a trip to the Balkan Treat Box. The atmosphere is bright and lively though crowded. And the several staff members we interacted with were all amazingly helpful and friendly. Especially Devin, who made our visit just a little more special. I'm from out of town but look forward to returning to the Balkan Treat Box when I'm in St. Louis.“

“This is a GREAT neighborhood restaurant! Great ambiance in the front room! Very good wine list; we thoroughly enjoyed the Manzone Gramolere Barolo. The food was excellent, and the portions quite large on the Chicken Marsala. One of the specials was Divers Scallops on a bed of risotto, and the scallops were perfectly done. Service after the entree could have been more attentive.“

“I finally made it and really it’s worth 100 stars , The chicken salad is probably the best salad in Stl , everything about it is perfect , chicken soo good , lettuce chopped with tons of parsley, all ingredients top notch and the dressing is excellent. “BEST Ribs! These are seriously some of the best ribs I have ever had. We had the Rocket Platter there were 4 of us and we left with a few ribs. The Platter included 3 sandwiches and 3 sides. The sandwiches we chose were pulled pork, burnt ends, and brisket. All the sandwiches were excellent. The sauces were good, the north Carolina BBQ sauce very authentic. The sides were BBQ beans, coleslaw and potato salad. Sides were all good, the coleslaw is very vinegar based no mayonnaise. Have I mentioned the ribs? Soo good. The owner and folks who work there are extremely friendly which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is smaller so that might be a consideration for a larger group. They have good parking. HIGHLY recommend!“

“I really like this place I come by at least once a week. Not real cheap but what is anymore? Really good tacos and burritos. The burritos are huge they must weigh close to 2 pounds. Just one with some chips could feed two small adults and is plenty for one Big Bubba. All the staff there are real nice.“

“I would put myself in debt to eat this food, It's so incredible the head chef is brilliant, and the staff from the front of the house to the back make the entire experience a joy. the wild boar and polenta is writing home about worthy, and the tirimisu makes me emotional... the pizza is literally the only pizza in st louis worth eating and I'm from Chicago so I feel like my opinion is extra valid lol. there are a ton of "fancy restaurants" in St. Louis but table cloths and wine selection don't mean crap when the menu of a reasonably priced pizza joint makes your food look like McDonald's by comparison.“
