The ramen is the best in STL — not that thats a high bar — but It’s just not worth waiting over an hour in line for. Staff needs to do a better job of not letting people rudely sit around doing nothing after eating their food inside while there’s a line of people literally going around the block.
The BEST ramen place in Stl.It’s a small place with only handful of tables for dine-in. We waited to get table close to 1.5 hour. We almost thought of leaving but stayed there to understand the hype and YES it is up to the hype!!Besides small space, they got simple menu and everything taste’s delicious and enjoyable. Very small location but the food is definitely authentic. The ramen was good but it wasn't as flavorful as we expected. They did have a couple good dishes; we'll probably be back to try more in the future. Service was good, nothing negative. Just wish there was more room.
