I have been a long-time customer of St. louis Happy Hour since 2008 but the service I experienced yesterday was very disrespectful on 11/08/2025. I arrived there about 5:15 pm and ordered a steak sandwich and a long Island iced tea

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Happy Hour Bar & Grill. My order was placed at 6:50 PM, and I waited over an hour for food that never came. During that time, I watched multiple customers grow frustrated as the kitchen fell further and further behind. The entire operation felt chaotic, unorganized, and without any sense of urgency or accountability.
