Ordered a Snicker Blizzard tonight and it was kind of watery(creamier) than it should have been with no signs of much snicker. I called and was told to bring it back and it was remade with extra snicker. Thanks Elaina (hope I’m spelling it right) for your awesome attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service.
Service is good and the staff are friendly. Ordered through the DQ app and was missing an item. Called the store and they were able to make it right plus the lady i talked to was very kind on the phone.
Food was hot and fresh when it arrived and they seperate the cold and hot foods on delivery so your food stays hot and your icecream doesn't melt. All around good experience!
