Brought a blizzard in that was prepared wrong because simple instructions couldn't be followed, the replacement one was worse because they didn't even add any of the extra ingredients I paid for ... The other blizzard wasnt even the right thing it was missing the extras and had sprinkles in it? Staff was rude and couldn't even fix an order , DQ slackin... Go somewhere else for food n ice cream buncha bums

Went there for dinner. I ordered the chicken tender deal. It was only $7, 3 chicken tenders, fries, soda, sundae. You don't get a whole meal like this anymore with price of fast food going up. And you don't have to cook it. Run don't walk to Dairy Queen . You won't be disappointed. Very, very good. Plus the customer service was terrific. Differently recommend it.

Ordered 4, 4 piece bbq tenders sauced and tossed, 1 pretzel, 1 banana split, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and 1 small turtle pecan cluster shake totaling $48.85, receipt was not provided. We received 4 , 4 plain chicken tenders. Once we informed the drive through person that the order was incorrect and requested to speak with the manager. The manager informed us that the 4 piece tenders are on sale and that it would cost more. According to the app it was just a difference of $4.36. Prices and pictures are listed so we were very comfortable ordering the above items. We were provided a couple cups of bbq sauce. No apology even given. I have never been to an establishment that would not provide the food requested to a paying consumer and assumed that we were in a financial strain. Pretty disappointed DQ.

We just ordered 3 blizzards from here and 2 mins later went to eat them in the car and they were like soup , all 3 were completely melted . We had to throw out all 3 blizzards . We order from this locations all the time , this was very disappointing

The employees were nice but the food was not as good as it used to be. We had two chicken basket orders. Maybe that's not a common order so they aren't as fresh?

I ordered through the drive thru, all of my food wasn’t in the bag once I realized I called back to the restaurant to speak to a manager. The manager John told me that he’d put my name in the book and I could receive my missing items next time I returned. Name was never added and they will not give missing food. Check your bags before pulling off they do not honor their word.
