I went to Pizzeoli last night with a group of friends and had an amazing dining experience. We started off with the Deep Fried Chanterelles and Chili-kissed Garlic Knots - the chantrellles were delicious and came with a chili ranch sauce that I would love bottled for home use. The garlic knots were a cut above your normal pizza place fare - melted in my mouth and garlic to butter proportions were perfectly balanced.

I’m I huge St. Louis style pizza fan. Pizzeoli just made me a bigger fan of wood fire pizza. So far this is my favorite pizza place in St. Louis. I’ve had wood fire pizza from other places but this place takes the cake. The margarita pizza was chefs kiss. And the mushroom sausage pizza was to die for. 10/10 easily! The staff 10/10, everything about this experience was a 10/10. Thank you Pizzeoli, I can’t wait to bring my daughter here, she’s gonna love it.
We popped in about 20 minutes before closing and was warmly welcomed and given plenty of time to checkout the menu before ordering.
We had the Bourbon Butter BBQ wings and they were great. They are bone-in breaded with the sauce served separately. I thought they would have been shaken in the sauce but was served separately.
For Pizza we had tried the ButterBird and it was great. The wings and pizza was enough for dinner for 2 and had lunch leftover
