I ordered delivery on 7/17, and at first I received the wrong pizza. When I called and explained the situation to the manager, she was so kind and understanding. I forget her name, but she apologized for the issues and offered to send the correct pizza as soon as possible. She made it clear that this store truly cares about customer experience and went above and beyond to make things right!
I would buy from Papa Jhons alot but now you want to limit how many toppings. If and when I get Pizza I want lots of toppings and I usually get Wings and sometimes dessert. When you don't limit anymore I will order again.

Couldn't find my call in order, they a few were working hard an few were hardly working. Took about 10 minutes in store after it was supposed to be ready.
