“Absolutely delicious food. The queso and the chili con queso are absolutely worth ordering. Soooo good!
We've tried the chili, French onion soup, Italian beef sandwich, Italian sandwich, CBR flatbread, and the spaghetti; not a single item has disappointed in the slightest.
Also the staff are so nice. Love coming in on Thursday afternoons for lunch.

“We hadn’t been at Horseshoe for a number of years, but lately it seems to be one of our go to restaurants. Have only had to take back my food once (a rarity for me). The food, wait staff and jukebox is what brings us back. Was there today with my son who’s disabled. He hates getting out of the house, but loves the jukebox. (He likes singing to his favorite song (The Star Spangled Banner). The staff is attentive and a special shout out to Kim. We were celebrating a special weekend for me. Realizing that the chicken strips means chicken “nuggets” to him, made my day. (It’s the little things.)”

“hands down the best bar restaurant in Collinsville Illinois food is fantastic they're Pizza can't be beat Philly steak cheese sandwich hands down the best around and let me tell you about the french fries the best staff is phenomenal Nikki is the best waitress around and Copo is the best bartender and general manager”

“We are from Ohio, the Columbus area. Passing thru on a work/vacation trip and wanted desert after have dinner. Found Uptown Scoops on a quick search for ice cream in the Collinsville area, just a slight detour on drive back to Hotel. Collinsville is a small community with what appears to be a vibrant and alive Uptown area. We enjoyed the experience and loved the sundaes we purchased. Really liked the fact that there are quite a few things for the children to play with while the adults enjoy the treats and conversation. Keep on keeping on. We will definitely stop again if we are in the St. Louis area.”

“The Collinsville Dairy Freeze is a community staple. The owners and staff are friendly and efficient. If you haven’t yet had their orange sherbet, it’s the best (possibly the best in the world!).”

My family is obsessed with Krutas and every time we introduce someone to it they fall in love too! The staff is very kind and happy to answer questions, the place is clean and well organized. “Been going there for over 4 almost 5 years I'm a regular customer .This is the best place to relax, enjoy your food, your coffee whatever you order from them it's perfect. The staff is absolutely the nicest bunch of young people you would ever want to meet. Every order these kids put out for the customers is perfection every time. “I do not recommend this place the first girl that waited on us today was nice. She was great asked us after 3 if she could check us out cause another girl was coming in we said yes. The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. That girl walked by us 3 times didn’t wait on us and threw her hair around like she didn’t give 2 shits.”

“The best experience!! We had a very large group after a funeral, and they were not expecting us. Areali was the only waitress at the time, but her and the staff made it smooth and seamless! “When we've been there the service is always good and the staff friendly. The food is good. I especially like their grilled chicken club with fries. Their frozen custard is pretty good but I really enjoyed their banana shake. They have a good mix of Dr Pepper on the soda fountain most of the time.”

“Went in today (6/24) around 2pm and had the most delightful experience I’ve ever had at any fast food store. The manager was direct and efficient, did their best to complete my orders to satisfaction, and was a well-spoken professional from the second I walked in to the second I walked out. It was the highlight of my day to see her effort in small talk with other customers— one customer being a sweet older woman. The manager asked if her sandwich was to her liking, in which she responded that it was so good it persuaded her to eat her second half. I must agree, the food was superb compared to subways closer to my home town. Everything tasted fresh and the building was respectively clean inside!”
