“We were in Collinsville and wanted to try a local restaurant for lunch. The sandwiches and red pepper soup was very good! We got there at 11:15, so it wasnt busy! The only thing I didnt care for was the staff chatting nearby and using the 'F' word many times. Besides that the atmosphere was very nice! People came in to pick up their orders. Im thinking its a popular place!”

“Ivy was absolutely amazing! We came in with a large group after a soccer tournament, and she handled everything like a pro! Despite having so many people to take care of, she never missed a beat. Every order was correct, she was attentive, efficient, and had a great attitude the entire time. Managing a group our size is no easy task, but Ivy made it look effortless! We couldn’t have asked for better service. Huge shoutout to Ivy for doing such an awesome job!”

“I do not recommend this place the first girl that waited on us today was nice. She was great asked us after 3 if she could check us out cause another girl was coming in we said yes. The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. That girl walked by us 3 times didn’t wait on us and threw her hair around like she didn’t give 2 shits.”

“We hadn’t been at Horseshoe for a number of years, but lately it seems to be one of our go to restaurants. Have only had to take back my food once (a rarity for me). The food, wait staff and jukebox is what brings us back. Was there today with my son who’s disabled. He hates getting out of the house, but loves the jukebox. (He likes singing to his favorite song (The Star Spangled Banner). The staff is attentive and a special shout out to Kim. We were celebrating a special weekend for me. Realizing that the chicken strips means chicken “nuggets” to him, made my day. (It’s the little things.)”

“Been going there for over 4 almost 5 years I'm a regular customer .This is the best place to relax, enjoy your food, your coffee whatever you order from them it's perfect. The staff is absolutely the nicest bunch of young people you would ever want to meet. Every order these kids put out for the customers is perfection every time. “My sister and I came in on the evening of 11/15/26. At first, I didn't know that I was going to have a good experience; however, after getting past the host and met our waitress, things immediately turned around for the good. Our waitresses name was Nikki, such a sweet person. My sister and I both ordered the ribeye steak, cooked medium rare and loaded sweet potato. Our steaks were cooked perfect and the sweet potato tasted fresh not left over with such a wonderful flavor. My sister said that that was the best steak that she had ever ate. Please tell Nikki that we said Thanks for saving the evening, you can tell that she is experienced in her job. Her pleasant welcoming was just what I needed. Please tell her that because of her that we will be back. Sooner than later.”

“My husband and I went here for the first time Saturday 9/12..everything we ordered was delicious. The portion you get is enough to take home for later or the next day. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The workers are really nice. The young lady who was waiting tables,she is truly genuine, patient & kind. I would like to go here again.”

“The service today started slow and disturbing. I let my wife off when I parked the car at 11:50 A.M. and she went in to get on list, if applicable. My wife was told the back-room area was full because of a funeral lunch assembly. We waited almost 40 minutes with no one coming back to waiting area. I walked back and asked the bar lady why we hadn't been seated yet. She said just a minute and got menus and asked booth or table? My wife said booth, she (Sam) took us to a booth and set us down. The original older lady asked what are you doing and what was our names. My wife said you never asked me my name 40 minutes ago. Then the waitress (Honesty) came to our table and got our drink order and brought it back and took our food order. Honesty brought our salad and soup and shortly after brought our meals. We ordered my wife's desert to go, and I paid the TICKET 1 and left. We were there Monday night with a group of eleven and treated great and politely by Mellisa and Glendon setup man and waitress. Sam asked all of the group how things went and any food issues and I heard absolutely no complaints. Dave & Frankie”

“The best experience!! We had a very large group after a funeral, and they were not expecting us. Areali was the only waitress at the time, but her and the staff made it smooth and seamless! Fantastic food and even better service! She not one time even looked stressed! We can’t thank you guys enough for making our time great after a hard morning! Highly recommend and definitely ask for Areali!!”

“Carter, Jermaine, and Ava are top tier employees here. Taught me about collinsville with me being a chicago native, and helped me pick out my food with me not being at this restaurant before. If you come here, order from ava and jermaine, and make sure carter makes your food. Im eating as im typing this by the way.”

M's Mart is definitely my go-to, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!”

“Went in today (6/24) around 2pm and had the most delightful experience I’ve ever had at any fast food store. The manager was direct and efficient, did their best to complete my orders to satisfaction, and was a well-spoken professional from the second I walked in to the second I walked out. It was the highlight of my day to see her effort in small talk with other customers— one customer being a sweet older woman. The manager asked if her sandwich was to her liking, in which she responded that it was so good it persuaded her to eat her second half. I must agree, the food was superb compared to subways closer to my home town. Everything tasted fresh and the building was respectively clean inside!”
