“They had my food ready before I even sat down, which was excellent! I asked for extra marshmallow in my ice cream, and I got it, which was also outstanding! The atmosphere is run of the mill, but a very good place in all if you want some good, cost me less than 12 “
“This steak and shake seemed a little beleaguered. All of the ordering was automated and it didn't look like it had a ton of business. The service was fast though and the food was as delicious as always. It's good place to stop close to the highway.“
“I had a wonderful experience here today! Unfortunately I did not get her name, but the young lady with blonde hair and piercing(s) took my order. She was friendly from the start and took my order efficiently. I was greeted by who I assume is Markevion (his name was on my receipt) he greeted me with a smile, took my payment, and handed me my drink quickly. The lady handed me my order with a smile and told me to have a nice day. As a food service worker myself, I know how hard it can be to keep up the energy to be happy and friendly with every customer. They nailed it and my food was hot and fresh! :)“
“I just wanna say the drive through cashier his name is Billy , if your having a bad day go see this guy he makes the whole experience better his energy and the accuracy of prefers is outstanding, he will definitely put you in a better mood. “Wished I'd taken a photo of my food, it was so good. A chicken sandwich with tots and a fresh Diet Dr Pepper. First time I've had Sonic in a while because I live in Iowa and it's not that great in the only one near me. We used to be a sonic visitor. We kept getting slushy milkshakes, cold food, or watered down drinks. Kudos to yall! And thank you!“
“The Good: - The staff on hand were great! - The food was hot and as good as expected. - The lobby was less crowded than previous years, so it felt quiet and intimate. The Bad: - It was SLOW. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The slowness is not on the staff that were on hand. It seemed like drive-thru priority was slowing everything down and they were doing the best they could.“
“Wow they were so busy but somehow got our order right and were quick. The gentleman handing the food could have said something like "have a nice day" or "take care" or "please come again". Or pretty much anything would've been better than not a word just hands food shuts window. The lady taking money was friendly though.“
“I must say that the McDonald's in Collinsville on Beltline, maybe the best McDonald's I've had. We were on our way to a meeting with our accountant and needed to eat quick so we got the Fisherman's Platter two fish fillets and a big thing of fries. The fries were extra hot and fresh and the fish fillets were perfect. And that was in the drive-thru. Very pleased“
“We stopped by at around 12:30am! And the service and food was actually ridiculously good. We ordered and got our food within 5 minutes and it was a big order of 4 people. Amazing burger and the Oreo shake was the best I’ve ever had I think.“

Their answer was you don't have to take anything off. We'll discount it so that you can afford it! That doesn't happen...
