“Have to shout Sneaky’s out! I did an online order. I ended up not getting mustard or cheese for the pretzel I ordered. Messaged to complain, turns out it was totally on me and I input the order incorrectly. The staff member I spoke with was so respectful about it, and went ahead and gave me a partial refund even though it was totally my fault and I asked them to cancel the refund. Incredibly impressed and thankful for the understanding and patience! Will definitely be visiting again soon.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“Showed up with a huge group for breakfast- felt bad about overwhelming the staff but they were terrific. Sat us immediately and assigned one server (Sam - PHENOMENAL) so the rest of the restaurant wasn’t negatively impacted. Everything went super smoothly and she was just great. Food was perfect!!“

“We were greeted by the general manager and the other workers chimed in as well with a hello. Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“Holy cow this is BEST location I have been too. Like WTH!!!! Very clean, service was quick and food was excellent and made to order. I love the kiosk because then I know it should be made correctly. Thank you for being awesome at everything above.
Kid-friendliness: Have crayons near wall by drinks. Have paper hats you can wear also.“

“I came in and LOVED my experience!! It was the first time that I have been to a Freddy's and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and Abigail, was very nice/patient as she took my order. I will be recommending this location and will, also, be returning soon!“

“The first time we ordered, we were disappointed with our food. However, they reached out right away, apologized, and gave us a discount for our next visit. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. If you had a less than stellar first experience with them, I would suggest giving them another try.“
