The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
Miranda and her staff were simply AMAZING!! We come all the way from St. Louis Missouri just to visit THIS PARTICULAR STEAK N SHAKE due to the service and quality of the food. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!!!!
I’ve only been to one other Steak ‘n Shake and thought I’d try it again since the first time was decent, but this place is garbage…went through drive thru and was given cold fries. Got out, and went inside to get new fries and was served an attitude. The bun on the bottom of the burger is soaked with grease, you can’t even pick it up.
