“We were greeted by the general manager and the other workers chimed in as well with a hello. Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“This is by far my favorite place to get lunch even with all of the other options in the Glen Carbon/Edwardsville area. I am in this establishment at least 3-4 times a week and while there are other options closer to my office in Maryville, I will make the drive not just based on the food but the service as well. All of the employees are amazing. Pheobe, Harris, Matt and Kalynn know my order by heart and start making it as soon as they see me walk in the door. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great service!“

“Great service! I love going to Freddy's and each location I been to has been such wonderful and caring service. Funny enough I go here to get their grilled chicken without mayo cause I am losing weight and grilled chicken is relatively healthy. They are one of the very few fast food places to has grilled chicken sandwiches. 🩵“

“I loved coming in here. It was a bit quiet but my husband and I went really early. I liked how the staff member asked if we needed help. I ordered a mini pizza with a salad. My husband got the Calexico and he ate the whole thing. Overall, would like to come here again.“

“I have been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks always amazing food, fast service, and a warm greeting from the amazing staff. My favorites are the meatball sub, sub on a club no mayo or mustard add ranch, and the hook and ladder. Definitely stop in and get an amazing lunch or dinner and don’t forget to sign up for their points program who doesn’t like free stuff!!“

“I clicked yes to recommending Cane's, but I wouldn't recommend an experience like I had today at this location. If I get out of my car and go inside to dine, I don't want my food served in styrofoam containers shoved in a plastic bag and handed to me. In addition, the French fries are typically a tad saltier than most other places, which is OK, but today they resembled candied orange slices they were so COVERED with salt. Not a stellar experience today. 😩“

“Went there to the Edwardsville IL location to dine in on Sunday with a friend. We were both almost done with our food when my friend noticed what was very clearly a pubic hair sitting neatly on the wrapper that his chicken sandwich was in. Absolutely disgusting“

“I stopped eating pizza hut for a long time but since moving to Glen Carbon a couple years ago I finally decided to give this pizza hut a try. We first ordered months ago and have a few time since including today. An my food is always fresh hot and delicious! One of the best pizza huts in the metro area.“

“Took my grandma to lunch there today. She just turned 99 on Christmas and one of the workers caught wind. Well, the staff came out with a beautiful ice cream sundae and sang her happy birthday. It was the sweetest thing and completely made her day!“

“Pretty good shakes, just not really the service. People will stand talking to they're friends as you are waiting an watching them outside your window an by the time you get them they'll be mostly melted an turn to foam?
Again pretty good shakes just not the service when they're too busy talking with your order in hand.“

“The SWEETEST staff members EVER! My friend and I took her girls here for Halloween and they were dressed as a CFA worker and cow! The girls were SO excited to show them their costumes and the staff was AMAZING! They made them feel so loved ‼️“
