“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“i’ll start off with this first: The mac and cheese? The bomb.com. Absolutely get it as a side. It’s almost as good as my mom’s own cooking. Support em and buy it!!
Second: Chicken was.. mediocre to me. (notice the word me) A little TOO crispy, and… almost hash brown tasting?
3rd: Fries were… fries. Good fries.

“He health of every organization begins at the top. This Hardees restaurant is clearly being led by someone who cares. I met the GM today. She was kind, courteous, and very caring toward the customers. The dining area is exceptionally clean. It's a pleasure coming in here. I highly recommend this Hardee's store.“

“We are heading to St. Louis from Western Kentucky and we stopped here to have some biscuits and gravy. The food was good but Antoine and Monty made our day. They are very friendly, kind, nice and helpful. I can't say enough good things about these guys. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Thanks guys. The food was good but you guys are great! “first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“The food and service is good. I'm giving a 4 star due to the price of the honey BBQ chicken being too high. I went last week and was told for three pieces of honey BBQ chicken with no sides no bisquit was $13. Also, the honey bbq taste like ketchup mix with a little brown sugar(awful) its definitely NOT the honey bbq recipe that was served approx. 20 years ago. Wow!! I hope the price decreases soon.“

“Our pickup experience was great, very fast. However, I am unhappy with the amount of sauce that was used to cover the boneless wings. More sauce is definitely needed and take the time to toss more thoroughly. What I received versus what is advertised online was very disappointing“

“My pizzas were not correct. I called and talked to a female worker abt this...assume she may have been a manager.
She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Remade the pizzas, and bread and cinnasticks. Had it delivered to my home (I had carryout), and refunded my money with a hand written note apologizing.

“I give this location a 5 star rating, The restaurant was very clean, the two gentlemen that waited on me had great teamwork and were very friendly. The food was great and the helpings of meat and toppings I felt were generous portions. Another plus for me was that the equipment in the store was well cared for. Also they asked me if I had any coupons which was a plus for me because at some different locations I felt that the use of coupons were frowned upon.
I will be continuing to use this as my main go to local location for future. Thank you to the team working and operating this location.“
