She was kind, courteous, and very caring toward the customers. The dining area is exceptionally clean. It's a pleasure coming in here. I highly recommend this Hardee's store.“

“first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“I ordered a sub at 11:00 AM for a 12:05 pickup. I needed at that time because I was on lunch break. I got there at 12:05 and they hadn't started on it yet. They told me they were working on it, but that wasn't true. I finally got my sandwich at 12 :17.“

“Came here few hours ago to get a 10 piece nuggets, Deluxe Crispy sandwich & medium fries & a medium drink. The nuggets are better than before. The food overall was good.

Here across the street doing my 34 hour break and didnt want truck food. So walking I saw this McDonalds & this was a better option for me.

Seeing truck stop food every single day gets old. McDonalds is still top tier if you ask me. Can't wait til 0600 when I walk over here again and get my medium hot coffee before I roll out to OH.“

“The last couple of times I went to this location the same guy was working and it was a year or so apart but I remember the guy. Well I’ll say this my sandwich was perfect the guy was by himself and we had a conversation about the football game on Super Bowl Sunday. I asked him questions about how much the cookies were he told me that them cookies were just baked that morning so that sold me on the cookies. He do a great job at his job not sure what the man’s name was but subway should be very happy to have him working for them.“

Clean dining area and restrooms, as well as friendly staff and correct orders made our little luncheon nice. Please keep the Freestyle soda/pop/coke machine. “So we came in at 2pm. They took our order food came quickly. We told the girl behind the counter the tables were dirty she came out immediately with another person and both cleaned the entire place. Tables, floors, walls they cleaned everything. I made sure to pull the girl aside and tell her thank you for acting so quickly. Great food and people. The only BK we will go to and we live on the opposite side of Edwardsville where there are 2 other locations closer to me.“

“My pizzas were not correct. I called and talked to a female worker abt this...assume she may have been a manager.
She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Remade the pizzas, and bread and cinnasticks. Had it delivered to my home (I had carryout), and refunded my money with a hand written note apologizing.

“I give this location a 5 star rating, The restaurant was very clean, the two gentlemen that waited on me had great teamwork and were very friendly. The food was great and the helpings of meat and toppings I felt were generous portions. Another plus for me was that the equipment in the store was well cared for. Also they asked me if I had any coupons which was a plus for me because at some different locations I felt that the use of coupons were frowned upon.
I will be continuing to use this as my main go to local location for future. Thank you to the team working and operating this location.“

“I went 30 mins prior to closing through the drive thru. I didn't wait too long and the manager was the one taking the orders. He was patient and very soft spoken. Food was delicious and you can tell they made it right there and then because the bun was nice and soft. Thank you for being one of the places open past 6pm.“
