“He health of every organization begins at the top. This Hardees restaurant is clearly being led by someone who cares. I met the GM today. She was kind, courteous, and very caring toward the customers. The dining area is exceptionally clean. It's a pleasure coming in here. I highly recommend this Hardee's store.“

“The place was rocking! It was the lunch rush, but they were able to get our food out quickly.
Have to give them a shout out, my wife has siliac disease, and they made sure she had a gluten free bun and it came in a separate bag just so that it wouldn't cross contaminate with my order.

Had a great experience at Taco Bell! The food was delicious, and the service was absolutely amazing. A special shoutout to “Rebecca”, who attended us. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. Since we’re vegetarians, she went out of her way to check if we needed any help with the order and made sure we had no trouble choosing the right items.

“first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“I don't know if all RVs are like this location in Shiloh, Illinois. But they should be. Stores always clean inside and out. The workers are always happy and respectful. Your order is done right. The managers are on top of things.

Compared to other fast food, restaurants, service and food quality, this restaurant is five stars!“

“Huge shout out to the JM in Shiloh! You all are crushing it today for Special Olympics. We had a large preorder today and it was spot on prefect. Extra thanks to Daniele for always going out of her way to make sure everyone is happy!“

“This is the place to go for a nice friendly family chat or even a senior community chat. They crew and managers are so respectful to the customers. It's also a safe place for children to go if they need help. It's always clean and friendly no matter what time of day or night.“

“As with any mcdonalds, orders can be wrong, or food can be substandard. With my order, I ordered both nuggets and strips. The nuggets were fresh and of good quality (for mcdonalds), the strips were not. Overcooked, extra oily, dry chicken, and only flavor was of old fryer oil. When brought up to the cashier, he got the lead/supervisor/manager (someone with the power to handle the problem), and she was immediately apologizing and after replacing with the same items, or substituting. Because of this, I decided on substituting for another cheaper (by about 30 cents) item, and she got it out to me extremely quickly. Overall, for the things I their control, 10/10 service, just some quality issues from cooking.“

“I ordered a sub at 11:00 AM for a 12:05 pickup. I needed at that time because I was on lunch break. I got there at 12:05 and they hadn't started on it yet. They told me they were working on it, but that wasn't true. I finally got my sandwich at 12 :17.“

“Our pickup experience was great, very fast. However, I am unhappy with the amount of sauce that was used to cover the boneless wings. More sauce is definitely needed and take the time to toss more thoroughly. What I received versus what is advertised online was very disappointing“

“My pizzas were not correct. I called and talked to a female worker abt this...assume she may have been a manager.
She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Remade the pizzas, and bread and cinnasticks. Had it delivered to my home (I had carryout), and refunded my money with a hand written note apologizing.
