Food was prepared well and employees were great. Problem I had was they double charge me! This was a debit card transaction, owner/manager would not give me cash back. I was told to call the following day and he would credit my card. When I called the next he said couldn't and he would give me cash back. I live 30 mintes from there so it was a major inconvenience to drive back especially as high as gas prices. Not a professional way to handle customers and no compensation.
I have been to this subway many times and as recent as last week. When I ordered the combo, they said I could not substitute the chips for two cookies. They have done this in the past and every other subway does this. I was told I would have to pay for the cookies. Guess I’ll find another Subway
