Manager needs to SLOOOOOOW down! In both action and speech. He's in such a rush, he just makes everything worse than it needs to be. Forgets stuff and has trouble getting his point across to employees because he's talking SO fast! Got my order wrong because of it and ice cream was melting by the time he found it, and gave it to us.
Always good, always packed at lunch but the staff is actually over worked and keep up the pace of the insane amount of people who stroll in. I enjoy the whopper from BK, so sometimes I go there as a treat. I don't like waiting in the drive-thru, so I always order inside. But it seems like they are slower inside than outside. I wonder why that is. The store looks nice and cozy after the renovation. A few times they messed up my order, but they fixed it. The only downside is that they close early, so no late-night burgers for me. Maybe they will change their hours someday. For now, I have to plan ahead.
