Got it to go and everything was cold. I expect it to not be right off the grill hot, but burger and onion rings were just cold.

There's is no reason to take 10 minutes for every person in the drive thru. Definitely not one of the better burger kings as far as food quality goes. And their burgers are super small.

I enjoy the whopper from BK, so sometimes I go there as a treat. I don't like waiting in the drive-thru, so I always order inside. But it seems like they are slower inside than outside. I wonder why that is. The store looks nice and cozy after the renovation. A few times they messed up my order, but they fixed it. The only downside is that they close early, so no late-night burgers for me. Maybe they will change their hours someday. For now, I have to plan ahead.

I’m agreeing with recent reviews. This fast food is very slow. We need to give the contract to someone else. New management may help. But, they do have the monopoly on base!

Manager needs to SLOOOOOOW down! In both action and speech. He's in such a rush, he just makes everything worse than it needs to be. Forgets stuff and has trouble getting his point across to employees because he's talking SO fast! Got my order wrong because of it and ice cream was melting by the time he found it, and gave it to us.

Always good, always packed at lunch but the staff is actually over worked and keep up the pace of the insane amount of people who stroll in. It's on base and at least when I went it was pretty dead. I don't go to this area during lunch time so I have no idea what kind of traffic they have at that point. Someone told me it's crazy then. Everything tasted fine and I am getting more and more surprised everyday by how much stuff costs now
